Had arthrocentesis surgery done which affects the jaw/ ear/ cheeks. This was perfect fitting for this!! It’s light weight considering two ice packs that have easy removing and inserting. It last pretty cold for 20 minutes. The ice packs do get super cold upon first putting on which is perfect. The band is for size for all as it fits me with much room for a big head and of course my younger son had to try it out and it fits him as well. I have not tried them in the microwave yet. It’s awesome as it comes with 4 packs so you can have easy swap out. The material on the packs and bandage are very sturdy. High recommended as I believe these will last a very long time. The comfort is amazing as it’s soft and no hard pieces rubbing on you, I actually fell asleep with it on a few times. It’s easy to use and functional.

If I could give no stars I would. Does not stay cold/frozen for more than 5 minutes. Both daughters had wisdom teeth taken out and couldn’t use these because they didn’t stay froze. Long enough. Not worth the money. No pain relief does not work well.

Like how big each ice pack is. Worked well but since thin not cool for as long as would like. Nice head wrap too

This product arrived on time. This ice pack wrap is extremely easy to use. The inserts can be softly frozen within two hours. Even if you leave them in the freezer overnight, they will stay softly frozen for flexibility. They slide in the openings on each side and then you wrap the ice pack around the lower jaw and over the top of the head. For me personally, this product was great. I had some facial surgery and this ice pack wrap brought down the swelling in a shorter period than going without. The low cost price point makes this product an excellent value and one that I am very happy with.

The packs don't keep cold for long but it's an ok product.

This wrap is easy to use and comfortable wrap around your cheeks. The cut out for your neck so the ice packs can cover the areas that needs to be cooled. I like that these packs can be used for both heat and cold. The wrap has pockets to insert the gel packs and add a layer of comfort from the cold to your face. The pack are also filled a bit more than my old gel packs. These will be useful for the next time I need them.

This is a well built product and comes with four ice packs or warm packs as you can use them either way. I know this is supposed to be for tooth pain but it works in so many other areas as well. It is comfortable to wear and nice against face skin.

The pack is a joke, the break very easily with the microwave heat and jel leaks out. The idea is good but cheap packs and the holder could have been designed better but not that bad
