Easy to use
I have used it on several occasions. I don't have to wait until I get home for dinner and it works great. It's perfect for me because I don't like to microwave food. It's the right size, he can put almost anything we make at home in it, it doesn't take long to heat up, and the food is actually very hot.

Would not recommend it.
I purchased this portable heated lunch box and was very disappointed with the result. I took it on a picnic last month to heat up food outdoors, but I didn't expect it to heat up poorly. After plugging it in for nearly an hour, the food still didn't get hot and was inedible. What made me even more disappointed was that there was a plastic smell during use, which affected the taste of the food.

He loves it.
This has been one of the best items I have purchased for my husband. He loves hot lunches, soups, etc...but most are huge and bulky lunch heaters. This lunchbox is the perfect size, comes with 2 charging options, and it may look small but when you open it you can see it holds quite a bit. Can't wait for him to actually use it now once the cooler Temps start rolling in.... This is great for guys who work HVAC, Construction, any guy that wants or needs a hot meal. And the utensils are a bonus!

Definitely heats up food! Beware if you leave it plugged in too long and it’s dry food it will burn to the bottom!
