Sturdy and color was well represented. It is sturdy. Have only had it a few days. On real wind yet. East to set up.

Color and fabric are really nice, durable, and water repellent. Open and close mechanism works smooth and seems like it will last. Made a great addition to our deck paired with a rolling base.

After buying, trying, and returning numerous large-size patio umbrellas, we thought we had found the perfect one. We loved the 11-foot Burgundy—at first. But after a few days, a wind gust blew it over and it broke in half. And we had anchored the base with sandbags. We have been experimenting with different sizes all summer. We wanted to get a LARGE one to cover up two chaise lounge chairs. Our quest for the perfect umbrella has brought us to this epiphany—any umbrella larger than 9-feet is likely to topple in the wind! However, the company stands behind their product and have offered us a replacement. We may take a replacement in a smaller size! We still like the basics of these umbrellas. The crank is lower making it easy to get up and down. The price is certainly right. Try it!

It’s a really great umbrella. We’ve had it for a couple months and my main concern is about how long the internal cords are going to hold up since it’s adjustable. But the color is what I expected, fabric is good quality, and it fits nicely on our 10x13 patio area. We don’t use the tilt though—I can’t recommend that feature unless you’re installing this in the ground or into a heavy outdoor table. Every time we’ve tried the tilt, the fillable base we have isn’t enough to keep it upright when even mild wind hits.

We finally had to replace our old umbrella and decided to try this one. That was probably 6 or more months ago. It has worked fine, will close and open easily and the material seems to be durable. There is nothing I can find fault with. I think this is a very good patio/deck umbrella.

Got 2 of these to replace old ones and they are great. Easy to put together (theres basically no assembly) and the handle is easy to crank and lift. The color is a deep navy blue and matched the rest of our navy furniture very nicely. The size is on the larger side, we have 2 about 15 feet apart and depending on where the sun is we get really nice overlapping shade.

Update: company sent me a new one and this one is perfect. Their customer service is very helpful and will take care of you even if it takes a couple tries. I’ve upgraded to 5 stars.The handle arrived broken so I contacted the manufacturer to receive a new handle which they did send but it is almost impossible to install as the screw doesn’t come out, even broke one of my drill bits trying to unscrew it. I should have just returned to Amazon when I opened it but now the window is too late. I want to return the umbrella and extra handle as they are no use to me so we will see if I hear back from the manufacturer. Don’t order from here, i still need a new umbrella and won’t be ordering it from here again.

Our umbrella wasn't tied up and the wind was able to lift and toss it, it didn't survive. Replaced it with this one and now I'm wishing both umbrellas went flying. It's nicer than the original. Well made, good rich dark blue color. Really provides cool shade, which we need when the sun blasts the back of pur house. Highly recommend!
