can you make this really hot for does the protein separate when you do that?

You can make it pretty hot. I put it in my hot coffee every morning and it doesn't separate. Just have to stir a lot. Very delicious.

If i want to mix to make an ice coffee which product would you suggest

I mix coffee with Proti VLC Smoothie Base mix. I have a little trouble getting it mixed up in my shaker bottle, but I'm not sure this worse than other products. I put extra water and ice in it and was very happy all summer. Now I'm using the hot drink mix with hot coffee now that it's cold outside.

Is this suppose to be a meal replacement?

It has 15 grams of protein and shakes run between 15 or 30. It could be used as a meal replacement but its like drinking a hot chocolate.
