Price is worth it for peace of mind
I ordered two of these feeders, one for each of my cats, and I LOVE them. One of my cats is a bit of a glutton, she eats all cat food in sight. I was feeding my other cat on top of the fridge because the glutton cat didn’t really get on the counters much, but started to recently. These have been perfect. I feel like the non glutton cat is eating better because the other one isn’t swooping in to steal all the food, and I think it’s helping the glutton cat lose a little weight! I’m a hardcore technology lover so having access to an app has been so nice. The feeders were quick and easy to set up, and the app is very user friendly with its navigation and usage. I appreciate being able to see how much and when my cats are eating, and the low food warning has been a godsend. The other auto feeders I had wouldn’t give any kind of warning when the food was low but these do every time! It’s comforting to know that even if I’m away I can still make sure my cats are being fed and actually eating. The only issue I’ve had is that one cat (the non-glutton) doesn’t like wearing a collar, so he’s been prying this one off recently. I’m going to try a different collar but overall SO happy with this purchase!! And so worth it!!!

Great product
So once you get past the first week of using these it's actually pretty slick. Lots of options that allow you to customize each feeder to your cats. The account setup part in the beginning seemed a bit broken for me but once I realized I didn't actually have to verify my account though a link that appeared to not work for me, I got straight into it. Immediately you can tell it's a high quality build and the engineers did a great job all the way around on build and effort put into app. A++ I bought two one for each cat and two different foods.

Great feeders but dispensed amount is off
These feeders are working well and giving my cats what they need with some irritations surrounding the dispensed amounts.Pros:- Arrived quickly- Easy to put together- Easy to setup- Works well- Love the phone app!Cons:- The smallest dispensed amount shows as 1/12 cup which would be perfect if it was truly 1/12 of a cup. I originally set it up for 6 feedings per day which would have been a half cup of food per day for each cat. Perfect. Except the "1/12" cup is really closer to 1/4 to 1/3 cup by volume so I was way overfeeding my cats! Luckily I realized it pretty early on so I changed the feeding schedule to twice per day. One cat always has food in her dish but the one I have to watch for obesity is always looking for more food. I would prefer to give him smaller meals 4-6 times per day but the feeder will not dispense a smaller amount. This is the reason for the 4 star review. This is really disappointing. I think he'd be happier "grazing" several times per day if I could do this with this feeder.- The feeders are expensive- The collars that come with the device are terrible. I replaced them with breakaway collars I purchased. I just put the sensor on the new collars- the feed doors are slow to close so if you have a sneaky cat or dog hanging around nearby, they may be able to snatch a few bites before the door closes.- this feeder requires a collar sensor. I find myself wishing I could have found one that works by sensing the cat's microchip. All in all these feeders are doing what I needed which was to feed different food to each cat without my dog stealing it. In this they are working. I just wish they would dispense smaller amounts so I could feed more times per day.I attached a picture of a 1/3 measuring cup. It is hard to see but that cup is nearly full. It is dispensing way more than 1/12 of a cup.

Beware of the collar - serious choking hazzard!
We put the collar on our cat, and he immediately grabbed at it with his front paw and pulled the outer 'adjustment belt' section of material away from him, which resulted in the collar tightening around his neck (see pictures - note the big loop of outer collar length and the very tight-looking inner collar section). He started running around the house, hiding under furniture and evading us and wouldn't let us get close enough to catch him to loosen the collar. He continued to pull at that outer loop of collar material, cinching the collar tighter and tighter around his neck. Finally, he passed out under a piece furniture from lack of blood to the brain, with his arm caught in the extra loop. We were finally able to remove the collar (at this point it had become EXTREMELY tight). It took him a good couple hours after waking up to start acting like himself again.Examining the collars closely, I found that the design is a choking hazzard because of two things: 1) the slot on the plastic length-adjustment clasp is very narrow and barely wide enough for the cloth collar to fit through (it cannot slip easily through it), and 2) the collar material is textured. The combination of these two things means that when the cat pulls the collar tighter, it cannot then loosen by itself. It stays in the new tighter position via friction. Our cat, who had never worn a collar before, is now traumatized by them (as are we), so no more collars for him...ever, and we returned the product the next day.

Love them!!
I love these feeders! It keeps my kitties on their respective diets, and I can monitor when they eat! I also like that it is an automatic feeder as well so I can sleep in the morning without my cats screaming in my face for food lol
