I have been using this flour for years and I've had consistant results making my pizza dough.. Highly recommend. Great value and a name you can trust. This flour is ideal for all your baking needs in my opinion. King Arthur is a brand many trust and that's a reason they are trusted. I will also add before I started using King Arthur I would get my 00 Flour from Italy brands. I stopped using imported Italian flour when I discovered bugs inside after sitting on the shelf for a few months. I have NEVER had a bag of King Arthur flour develop this issue. So, if you're like me and you don't want anything extra in your flour then you can't go wrong with this brand.

Really good flour for making pizza at home. The texture is very fine and it makes a smooth dough that stretches easily without tearing. I used it for a couple Neapolitan-style pizzas and the crust came out light, airy, and crispy on the outside. It ferments well too if you let the dough rest overnight. Definitely better results than regular all-purpose flour. If you like making pizza from scratch, this is worth keeping in the pantry.
