The cheap plastic cold shoe mounts on each side basically de-threaded before first use and basically became useless accessories were fully attached. I ended up having to remove them and just attach my accessories directly to the screws on each side, it's not convenient and for the price, I certainly shouldn't have to do this, but I needed this to work ASAP. otherwise, I would have returned it. Look for a quality made item, even if it's a few bucks more, it will save you the time, money, and your accessories from getting damaged from using this.

Looks to be just what I needed! I haven't used it yet but I allows me to run a light and shotgun mic on my handle bring. Cool stuff!

This product worked really well at first, but unfortunately the bottom threading wore out where I would normally mount to a light stand. This happened in less than a month of usage. This seems to stem from the type of material the unit is made of. Unfortunately, now item is past return date.

I was mistaken and have found the package thank you...

The screws became loose after a short time of use. So now the cold shoe mounts are wobbly and unstable. It was great initially but quickly deteriorated and is now useless.
