Compression Socks - Medical Care Grade for Shin Splints, Calf and Leg Pain

So far, so great! I am 24 weeks pregnant and have awful vericose veins from my ankle up to my knee. They're painful and get sore and really hot. My doctor suggested compression socks so I did a little research and ended up getting these. As you can see in the picture, I have very big calves. I was afraid they'd be too tight but they're perfect! so comfortable and not overly hot (I live in south Florida where in Dec it's still 84!) I can't write much just yet about any kind of relief , but my initial reaction is super pleased! If I don't come back and edit this, you can assume they worked awesome too!Update : 3 days of all day wear and I can't believe the difference! I haven't been sore, hot, or in pain! You can see by my last picture there is a big physical difference too!! Considering most of these socks are in the $20 range and these were 10, I'm super impressed! This is amazing!

I have huge calfs so finding compression socks that fit and are also cute is challenging. These socks meet the challenge though. The foot portion is a little big (small feet, xl calfs) but I make it work so that it's still comfortable.

A recent 1300 mile, two day road trip resulted in a swollen foot and serious concern about a blood clot after a few days. The only suggestion from the doctor was a compression sock which was priced upwards of $50 at the local pharmacy.So as soon I arrived at home, off to Amazon I went. The super fast shipping got me quickly taken care of and I got a total of 3 pairs for what one would have cost at the pharmacy.First of all, if you get these, please do so at the advice of a doctor or with the intent to see a doctor as quickly as possible. Swelling in the calves can be the result of a blood clot. Such blood clots are serious health issues that must be dealt with quickly, and by a professional. In my case I was discharged from the hospital only after an ultrasound of my legs indicated not clots.The upside: these socks are COMFORTABLE! They are not quite stylish but look good enough to wear without a pair of dress socks on top. They seem to survive the washing machine and dryer just fine.The immediate result in my case was normal calf size after a day's work. My foot still swelled a little bit for a few days. However, I am able to walk around and work longer, and more comfortably, than I was in the week preceeding this purchase. Things seem to be back to normal with everyday wear. I even tried a day off and that worked out fine as well.I have to make this long drive one more time, and I will certainly wear these the entire trip. I will be wearing these anytime I plan to drive for more than one hour for the forseeable future. These are comfortable and in some respects are now my favorite pair of socks!They seem well made and I expect they will last for several years of use.

I got these compression socks after wearing compressions sleeves on my calves for several years. I figured that it might help having some compression on the foot as well as calves and shins as I am on my feet 12 hours a day, often carrying 30+ pounds. I found these socks to be a slight disappointment, as they lacked the compression that I was looking for, and to me seemed very different than the soccer socks that I wore several years ago. I am 6'1" and got the medium, and after wearing them for a day I am going to return to my normal compression sleeves as these socks lack the support that I was looking for. I'm holding these socks and feeling a little disappointed because they failed to meet their purpose.I will say, however, that these socks were better than another pair of compression socks that I ordered at the same time.

Purchase these compression socks for price point and for their look. I will be using these for travelling on airplanes for long flights (5 to 12 hr flights). I heard compression socks are good for preventing health issues due to long flights. I received the first pair on time, but I had an issue with the order. However, the folks at Mubasel Gear, sent a pre-receiving e-mail and it had a contact name with instructions for care, fit and any issues. I contact Mubasel gear by e-mail and they quickly helped me receive my order. It was easy and I thought it was a great customer service on Mubasel's part. The compression socks fit well, I have shoe size of 10.5 and the medium fits really well. They are comfortable with a little support around the feet (red color area) and then the slight pressure from calf going up to just below the knees. I like the design where the stitching goes vertical from calf to the knee, but has a different kind of stitch pattern for the calf. Overall, good experieince will Mubasel Gear, will see how durable and how comfortable these socks will be on long flights. I usually have cold feet on flight so hope the length (to knees) will help as well.

Our immediate reaction to the socks and this company was very positive. Their response was quick and the product and its packaging were of high quality. A number of months passed until my husband had some trips (plane and car) that were sufficiently long that he thought that he should wear the socks. Getting them on and off was fine. The fit was good, and they were noticeably more comfortable than the pair of compression socks that they replaced (which were a toeless model from a different company that he purchased at a local specialty drug store). Just two things to note (they aren't knocks, just the way things are): they are noticeably thicker than the previous pair, which does not make them uncomfortably hotter to wear than the previous socks, and they look like their picture, which means that they stand out more than the previous totally black pair when they aren't fully covered up by pants and shoes, for example, when he wore them with shorts and sandals during a summer car trip.
