Pathetic quality at premium pricing!
After waiting for almost a month for delivery, I got the defective product today. It just fails to start! It is very clear from the state of packaging that this product has been used/ opened multiple times and recycled to another customer without even packing it properly. For replacement, I need to wai for another month...pathetic!!

Good Quality Massager
This massager is worth every rupee. It gives deep, soothing pressure that helps reduce foot and leg pain quickly. The heat function is relaxing and the foldable design is very convenient. The auto shut off is a good safety feature. It even has a spill-proof cover. Excellent quality and very comfortable to use.

Initially received product with no air compression at all but replaced product is good
Initially received a product where the air compression was not working from the sides of the calf and for the foot. The roller was working and there was vibration at the back of the calf. Also I was not aware that this product can only be replaced, not returned. Received replacement product within a day and it working fine, so far.

The item is substandard quality and return is difficult as the shipper keep delaying the pickup...seems fraud!
