Aris wallpaper cutter basic with 1 spare blades

After investing a lot of money into luxury wallpaper and deciding that i could handle the sheer task of bit of D.I.Y, i looked into purchasing an Aris wallpaper cutter, which promised simplicity in it's design, and tool, which would be easier to handle, then standard scissors.I was slightly disappointed, as it failed its basic function, of being able to cut my wallpaper, however after testing it out on various other forms of paper - being my parents newspaper and the lining paper, it appeared to be the fact my chosen wallpaper quality was too thick for the Aris wallpaper cutter to guide thru without making tears in the paper.This would rock, if it's purchase was to be used with less thick quality wallpaper. best to test this out, with small sample of your selected wallpaper before attempting to hack, force and slide it alone ur newly pasted wallpaper like i did.
