This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with in terms of customer service. 10 and 1/2 months into using this machine the conveyor belt stops working when the conveyor rack gets hot. It burnt a piece of toast, sent the entire fire department to my location and cost me a $200 avoidable fire alarm fee. I requested that this product be refunded or replaced for being faulty since it was still within one year, and all I got was the runaround from someone who I would say is an outsourced foreign employee. They keep avoiding my request for a refund or a replacement, and instead keep sending me on these wild goose chases over and over, sending them pictures of things that don't matter, suggesting silly ridiculous things like try unplugging it and plugging it back in blah blah blah instead of just addressing my concern and my issue from the beginning. This company is garbage. This product is garbage. The person who is helping me is awful. I told them if they did not have this resolved within a reasonable amount of time I was leaving and unfavorable review. Canned answers cracked open by third party employees and poured into a glass and handed to you is not customer service. I've even demanded to speak to a supervisor or someone in a management level position and still nothing. Garbage garbage garbage.

This is an absolutely wonderful product. As a restaurant owner I am always looking for ways to save time and make my items tasty and delicious. I have found that in this toaster conveyor. It is a great product and saves me a lot of time. We love this product.

For the price this unit performs well. It’s used continuously for full work days on my food truck. It does the job quickly and effectively. My only complaint would be that the off switch doesn’t really shut it off and the temp adjustment is kinda nonexistent. I adjust the darkness of my burger buns via chain speed. I use very delicate fresh baked Shokupan, the toaster does fine with them.

after using a 2 slot toaster for 5 years ,it takes some getting used to. the element/motor stays hot so if you have a slow period, you need to turn it off

This is a very beautiful toaster, very powerful and the feed opening is wide that the roll bluff bread doesn’t get stuck on the belt. It’s replacing a much expensive toaster in my shop, without mentioning brand names, and by far this is better.After 1 week of using it, I have to add this important notice. As I mentioned it’s powerful, actually it’s very very powerful. It’s too powerful that the 20 amp circuit breaker started tripping. It doesn’t mention how many amps it’s using in the description, and because it’s imported from china with 240v what they use there, then the amperage is low and fine. I went back to my old books and calculated the amperage used is at almost 24 amp. P=I.V means I=2600w/110v.I love a powerful toaster, so now I have to change the breaker and all wires in the wall to handle the power. If it was mentioned in description, I probably would bought something smaller.

Purchased this to slice sourdough, you have to really push on the bread with rake to get it through and it all goes everywhere when it comes out the other side- does slice, but slices are thin

The slicer is really not functional, for a commercial product it should work a lot better and be a lot easier to use.It’s very expensive and do not work great. You really have to push the bread in really strongly for it to start cutting and I have to use wooden cookware cause for over $600 they don’t even give you anything safe to push the bread in, which is actually very unsafe too!!!I would not recommend to buy this, waste of money.

This is a very poor designed product. Calls for a 32 Amp outlet box but has only a 15 Amp plug. This is a danger that product can and most likely short out and cause a fire. This product is not CSA approved.My professional Electrician will not install a viable plug for this unit because of safety reasons.If I still had the box I would have sent it back.
