Mouse
I install these mice on a daily bases on sites I look after and there must be over 3000 I've put in place but they come with computers directly from Dell. The end-users really like these mice too with the odd few preferring wireless.I persoanlly own and use 2 of these mice myself and really like that they are lightweight, are laser and would recommend them to anyone. Being a laser product the precision is good and they don't tend to jump around like the optical mice do on a shiny surface. There is a downside but it's what I find and you may not. This is I have to copy/paste hundreds of items each evening and the mouse buttons wear out quite quickly. The reason I have 2 now and have just ordered a third is because of this. The computers (servers) the others are used for are rarely used so are fine for what I need but doing the copy/pasting I need one where the left mouse button works first time, everytime. For the buttons on the side or the sensitivity on the top I never use. The skids on the base sometimes require superglue to keep in place but not on all of the mice. One thing I noticed is that these mice seem to increase by £1 each time I purchase one. My first cost £4.50 from Ebay, 2nd was £5.85 and now the new one is £6.95. However, there are sone sellers on Ebay/Amazon that will sting you for £9.99 and when the usual seller price goes to that I will search for an alternative

My new favourite mouse
I'm quite an experienced computer user. I have used a lot of mice. This is my favourite. I initially bought one of these to use with my laptop, and then found myself purchasing another, as it was far more comfortable than the (many times more expensive) mouse currently on my desktop computer. One thing I've always found with mice is that the high end offerings are all relatively large affairs, which are uncomfortable for me, as I have quite small hands. For example, my previous mouse also had forwards and back buttons, but they were both on one side, and they were quite a stretch.Don't be fooled by the Dell brand and low price, this is a well made product- it's the innards of a Logitech mouse, but in a Dell custom shaped casing. The mouse has a good set of features, and the buttons are very comfortable to use. Truly, this mouse feels like it should have cost many times more- the sensitivity switch, with the LED bar-graph indicator, indicates that this mouse is of a quality way beyond its price- presumably a result of it being designed to be sold as part of a complete PC.I would buy again. In fact, I probably will, so that I have another when the one I have now eventually wears out!

Better than expected.
I found looking for a mouse was difficult in that you couldn`t tell how all the controls worked.Having previously used an Microsoft mouse I was looking for similar features, but on many photos it was difficult to tell if the left and right buttons worked in the smae way. This is because the Microsoft one has definate separate sections, whereas some, like this Dell version, have flexible parts. However, having ordered this one I was pleasaed to find that it worked in the same way as my old one,and although somewhat different in shape, was comfortable to use. At the price a great buy.

Great mouse, especially considering the price.
This mouse is very comfortable to use and works on every surface I've tried - bare legs and top of small lap dog included (don't ask!) I have fairly small hands and don't have trouble using it for longer periods or reaching the buttons. It feels solid but it's still light in weight. Click noises are quite soft, there is no noise when you scroll. The resolution light is bright if you're looking at your mouse enough to notice. You don't see it when your hand is on the mouse though. You could easily put a bit of masking tape over it to soften the light, but it shouldn't bother you unless you stare at your mice.Worked perfectly on my Linux system (Mint 13 KDE) without any configuration. The resolution switch and back/forward buttons don't need to be set up to work.

Very smooth scrolling
Where else can you buy a top quality mouse, based on laser technology, and made by a reputable manufacturer, at a bargain basement price? You can choose which functions you want for the two side buttons, such as "forward" or "back" to facilitate web browsing. This mouse even has a selectable sensitivity, via a top button. Although it is a full size mouse for desktop use, it would still complement a laptop.

Great mouse
This has proved to be one the best mice I've purchased. It'll track on almost any surface & the adjustable DPI feature is a real bonus! Thoroughly recommended, especially to any Dell desktop or laptop owner who has a matching silver coloured PC. It is well worth 'web-trawling' to find the best price though.

Very user friendly and comfortable. However this is the second one i've had as the first packed up after a laser optics began playing up. They aren't particularly cheap.....but work much better than the old roller ball mouse! However those did last much longer and dirt cheap to buy!

This is the second one of these mice I have bought is great value for money and I do like the the ability to change the mouse cursor speed little blue light on top of the mouse is a little bit annoying but you soon get used to it
