Quest Folding BBQ

The plus points for this BBQ are that the fold down size and weight make it an excellent choice for camping trips, which is what I bought it for. It is extremely simple to put together and has good rigidity as the foot plate and grid for charcoal push down inside the hopper shaped body. A nice feature is there are airslots so it draws very well. We use the bagged lump wood charcoal, and the tapered shape of this BBQ with vents meant that it lights swiftly and was ready for cooking within 25 mins. The cooking grid sits on top and is large enough to to fit 8 burgers on at once. The build quality is good on the whole.The only reason for not giving this product five stars are that the cooking griddle can slide a little when the BBQ is set up on slightly uneven ground, so it takes a little juggling to keep it steady when turning food over. And the other thing that keeps it short of a perfect 5 is that it does not have a warming rack for keeping cooked food hot. But these are minor issues, outweighed by great design, and good performance.
