It's a Defective item its led continuously on due to this its battery is draining very fastly, I had done a return request kindly help me.

It’s an amazing product. Voice very clear when using call . After 7-8 days of using .sound quality is great .bass are ok . Bluetooth connectivity is great.it connect real fast when opening the lid. .ANC work's fine I tested while traveling in the bus it really blocks bus engine noise. But using ANC in window side sits while traveling you can ear lot of wind noise. .Transparency mode and normal mode not have much difference. Battery backup is ok Charging case built quality is not great.charging case lid feels very lose.quality of plastic feels cheap.

Noise makes really good earphones and at a good price at that. If you are buying for ANC, sorry to disappoint you as there is not much difference that I felt with ANC mode on or off. Other than that, I am really satisfied and impressed. Battery is great, I never suffered with low battery. Sound quality is also nice and I enjoy music. All the touch functions work great and instantly. They are very useful. Design is also comfortable to ear. Really good piece of buds at this price. Best thing- Durability. Most buds stop working in months and common issue is one of them not working. But here is where Noise shines. You won't suffer such issues with them and you can rest assured. I have another issue though...when I receive any call with buds, they are delayed for some reason. It may have been due to my device but I don't think so. Bluetooth range is also good and it connects instantly. Overall, I don't think you can get such good earbuds at this price or increase your budget to find better. Choose between this or Enco buds. This buds VS104 Max is not good product Reason is why because 1) the magnets of the box get worn of very easily and not get charge properly because of magnet issue. 2) problem is the space to get out the buds off the case , it is very difficult because of less space. 3) the next problem is with the connection it doesn't disconnects when put it in the case , I was putting it in more than threee times! 4) the next problem is the lid of the case it is made of very cheap quality OMG it is the worst cause I just by mistakenly dropped it then it becomes into two pieces 5) the last problem is the volume it is not that much but I will recommend boat ⛵ company product and hammer.

Bass quality is good Song listening quality good ANC is 25db only u can feel anc but it cant cancel all the noises if u expect that. Transparency mode make u listen outside noises also good for desi households Gaming mode is also there low latency is useful Hinge is little bit fragile can be broken but it will not for regular use Water sprinkles it can handle do not experiment why taking risk u know ANC is ok because 25db h sab kuch nhi hatta mostly hat jata h. Hyper sync acha h fast connect Overall good product little above average 8.5/10 I am a buyer inhone nhi khareda mujhe thik h lol
