Chef Tonys Trisagna Pan

As an Italian Mommy lasagna is often on the menu. This pan was a dream. Not only was the lasagna much easier to cut and remove but I was able to make three versions all at once to satisfy everyone. I mass produce Lasagna at Christmas time as a gift to my Nieces and Nephews families. This year they will be getting this new pan with three different types of Lasagna in one. I will probably buy this pan for many wedding gifts as well.

There is only my wife and I for supper so a full pan is more than we can eat so to be able to split it in 3 and freeze two for another time works for us. Our first try is in the freezer now and we look forward on enjoying our future dinners.

This nonstick and 3 division really makes it easy to make good Lasagna. Compared to one large pan, the 3 division pan helps heat to cook inside the center and my lasagna cooks evenly now. Where as in one large pan, my lasagna will be dry on the side of the pan or slightly burnt, before the inside is done. Made it easy to transfer to a plate or container and easy cleanup with nonstick.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. After the 2nd use this weekend, large pieces of the Teflon coating peeled off the outer pan on the bottom inside. DO NOT BUY THIS PAN!!! I’d give it 0 stars if possible.p.s. - this is the first negative review I’ve ever written on Amazon. So it’s a big deal.

I was hoping that the pans could also be separated so that I could cook one row as needed (there are just two of us). The pan overall is larger than expected, too.

I use this pan for all kinds of things. Including making three loaves of banana bread. Meat Loaf in one part, Chicken, mushroom, pasta and sauce in next section and large slices of sweet potato in the next one all at the same time. I love mine and have friends who want to borrow it but it does not leave my house..lol

Love this pan! I wish I had it years ago after struggling to cut clean pieces of lasagna. It's nice to have options of only making one strip instead of a full pan or different types. It's a winner in my book. Great gift!
