I’ve been using this adjustable dumbbell set for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed! Before buying the product, I was very inexperienced to working out and using these helped me start my gym routine in a comfortable way. There's lots of different weight combinations and adjustments that make it easy to get started. On top of that, all the attachments and weights are very sturdy and I had no worry that they could break even for a budget product. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

In all honesty I can't personally rate the product itself. However, I purchased it for my stepdaughter that recently had a child and wanted to of course get her "pre baby" body back, she was excited when they arrived (a day earlier than scheduled which was good). She had no idea, she mentioned wanting to get back into shape, so I ordered them 10 mins later. I will say this though, I do like the versatility of the set, and if you're just looking to maintain your physique and not concerned about getting ripped then it looks like a nice little set to have, I'm actually considering purchasing one for myself. So 5* for stepdaughter happiness and versatility at an amazing price!

If you are looking to start working out at home or even putting together a home gym on a budget this product is great and very versatile, perfect for both men and women. It's easy to use and change out the weights even if you don't have great grip strength like myself. There are two reasons why I don't give this product 5 stars, first is that these weights are really meant for people that work in kilograms and not pounds, the most often used weight for us ends up being 13lbs for me and 21lbs for my partner. Minor annoyance that we can't get 15lbs and 20lbs exactly. The only other issue is that because this product is so versatile the length of the bars that hold the weights is really long and does get in the way during certain exercises. All in all though, if you want somewhere to start that will also last you a long time these are a fantastic choice.

They are okay if you are using them for the full bar but the problem with the advertisement is they dont depict just how long the dumbbell bar is. If you are used to do anything with them close together like overhead shoulder press they will touch. Its a bit awkward really. Overall they are decent for anyone starting out. For those who have more experience, you're better off buying dumbbells separately outside of this set.
