it took me a little bit to figure out how the temperature stuff worked, but after that, I was able to get right into the process! I felt a bit uncomfortable, but it wasn’t painful!!!! Very easy to use and got the wax out on my first try and I could hear again!! I was starting to get ear aches and things of the sort.. I am very relieved!!

I have a history of my ears getting impacted with earwax. In the past, I would have to go to the doctor and get it removed. I got a different electric earwax remover a couple years ago and it was very messy to use because I got water everywhere. I saw this earwax removal tool and thought I would try it out since it looked easier to use and less messy. At first, I was skeptical because my left ear was very irritated and I knew it was impacted. I tried using eardrops and this removal tool to remove the wax. I probably tried 20 times and it wouldn’t budge. I thought this tool was a lost cause until I tried it on my right ear. A few chunks of earwax came out on the first try, so now I know this tool definitely works! I would likely have to go to the doctor to get my left ear checked out. Based on my experience, this will probably work well on less stubborn and softer wax. After I get my left ear fixed, I plan to use this for maintenance so I don’t get impacted ears. In addition to removal in general, I think there are a few other great features about this device. First, I like how it charges with USB-C and has a very long battery life. Second, it’s great that it has a temperature indicator. I didn’t find myself getting dizzy from this device because this tells you the exact temperature you need. I also found the water pressure to be pretty good. You can choose from normal, strong, soft, or pulsing. I didn’t feel that any of them were overly strong or uncomfortable to use. Lastly, I found the device pretty easy to use. I just leaned my head to the side as I held the device to my ear. It wasn’t uncomfortable to hold in position. I also found that the water didn’t leak much out of the cup that you hold to the side of your head. I obviously got a little bit of water on me because you are dealing with water after all, but it wasn’t anything excessive. I would recommend this to anybody who has issues with wax buildup.

This is an amazing product! Easy to use. Easy to store after use. Gets rids of deep down in the ear wax. I've tried other wax removal kits and was left with pieces of wax in my ear after use. This got it all out. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is that the water reservoir could hold more.

After charging the unit for a couple of hours I went ahead and tried it. I was impressed that all the waste water was immediately collected in the tank and not a drop spilled out onto my shoulders or shirt. The size is perfect and the unit was easy to use. I noticed other similar washers out there for $10 to $20 dollars less but I liked the features this one has and the overall configuration of the washer. So I feel that the extra money was well spent. I feel the washer is well built and should last a long time. The washer has several settings to choose from, I started out with soft as recommended by the manufacturer until I get used to the washer. The instructions were well written and understandable. I recommend this washer.

Simple one-hand operation and 4 pressure modes make this way better than cotton swabs or drops. Water temp control and overheat shutoff are nice safety touches, and it's fully showerproof so cleanup is a breeze. The self-collecting design actually works — barely any mess. Would recommend.

Let me start by saying what got me to buy this product. For a few mornings after sleeping on my left side, I wasn't able to hear as easily out of that ear. But what got my attention more was hearing a pop / sticky sound. I knew that my regular cleaning wasn't cutting it. This was not the first product I purchased after that. I jumped on and got a camera device with scoops and other attachments. That one did a great job for what I was able to reach. The problem I had was a deep clog of my ear. And it ran deep, so the further I went the more scared I was to mess up my ear drum. And on top of that, the last time I went in to try and clear things up. I might of pushed the wax the wrong way but I couldn't hear clearly after that. Maybe it was because I couldn't scoop the offending wax I'm not sure. And that is what got me to buy a water based removal tool. After looking around, I settled on the Kaugic because I didn't need to hold two things to catch the water flowing out. I worked the day this was delivered but upon getting home and immediately opening the package. I needed this to work, going two days with my ear not working great wasn't starting to be painful. It took a little time to get the right temperature. Once that light turned green I put the cleaner to my ear and braced myself, unsure what I was about to feel. And boy was I right, it felt weird having water rush in, hearing the motor hum gently. But it was not painful. I let it run about 5 seconds and took it off my ear. That was a mistake, the water didn't have time to drain fully into the waste tank. Put it back on my ear and another 5 seconds, only this time I tilted my head to the side and let it drain. Kept going until the tank was empty. After all of that, I still wasn't able to hear. But the reality was that I just had water left in the ear. Because inside the waste tank was a chunk of wax along with on the top of the cleaner because it couldn't get through the opening. I grabbed a silicone bulb sucked out some water. Grabbed a cotton swab and ran it around just inside my ear and everything opened up. At the end of the day, no pain and just a little weird feeling of water gushing into the ear and I am able to hear properly. At the end of the day this worked great. I don't know if it would be able to do the entire job since I had two tools. But it certainly finished the job and would say it's worth a try.

It works ok but frustrating to fully charge it, use it once in each ear, then put it away. I just went to use it again because I swim and get water caught easily, and the darn thing is dead. it takes forever to charge. Here I sit with a earache

This item works good and is easy to use. It’s nice that it detects the temp of the water before starting to protect your ears. The different pulsing modes are a nice option. It’s not too heavy and is a perfect size. This is the second one I’ve bought and think it’s a great product. The only reason I took one star off is the cost. It think it be more value at around $30-$35.

Really works well great if going snorkelling or diving to keep ears clean rather than get infection on holidays
