Hazelnut Butter(Oregon Grown) 32oz.

We have been buying this hazelnut butter for years and it is delicious. As others have noted, it has a fine, spreadable consistency and we use it on everything -- drizzled on yogurt, on pancakes, etc. It is a staple for us and kids love it too. Thank you for continuing to make this product!

I actually haven't cracked it open yet but will soon. I'm almost ready to make my next batch of nutella; - my style, with dark chocolate. Sooo yummy. I used to buy the hazelnut butter from Mother's Market, Kettle brand, but looks like Kettle got out of that line so now hazelnut butter is hard to locate. This product was quickly shipped and arrived as promised time-wise. What I like was it hasn't separated like the stuff you buy in a store where it sits on a shelf forever. When hazelnut butter separates it's really hard to mix it back in. This stuff is so fresh it hasn't had time to separate - When it came I put in directly into the fridge so it won't. It appears to be smooth, and I'll have to update this review as soon as I've had a chance to try. It looks good, just hazelnuts, nothing added not even salt. Oh, and sure saves on time and hassle of roasting, cracking and processing your own. That alone is worth the cost.Edit June 6, 2013 - Da Kind! This stuff is soooo yummy and smooth, makes deeelicious dark chocolate nutella spread. I use a no-blender approach by warming the hazelnuts to about 110 degrees in microwave, adding dark chocolate, cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon, instant expresso powder and a few other things. Still adjusting the amounts but it is sooo good. I'm glad I found it, will buy more for sure.

I make Chocolate hazelnut spread from scratch. The most labor intensive part is to roast hazelnuts, de-skin them and grind them to butter. I would like to have a ready made hazelnut butter to cut down my work. After much searching, this seems to be a viable option, and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it is not as good as I have hoped:- It is fresh, no stale taste.- But it is under roasted, tastes raw hazelnuts without the roasting fragrance. Further, I am not sure whether it is dry roasted.In short, it is a good product, but not great.

I have been buying, roasting, and making my own hazelnut butter for the last year. It is a staple of my very restricted diet. It is to me, one of the most decadent and delicious foods. I'm not sure how they managed to make such blah hazelnut butter. I purchased because hazelnuts are getting harder to find at this time of year. I was hesitant because it is not organic, not sure if that is why it lacks the rich and yummy flavor I have grown accustomed to. Maybe okay if your not used to something so much better. I'm not sure I'll even eat it.

I thought this would be something akin to the roasted hazelnut pastes I'd bought before from chef supply companies. Nope. Supposedly this is made with roasted hazelnuts, but it doesn't taste like it. It really tastes more like it was made from raw hazelnuts. Also, it is very thick; the consistency is almost like that of toothpaste. Much of the oil has been drained from it, I think. To make it more paste-like you will need to add your own oil to it.Very expensive and very disappointing. I ended up throwing mine away.Its only redeeming quality is that it was rather smooth and not grainy/chunky much like another hazelnut butter I had bought online.

Nice and smooth, a nice toasted hazelnut flavor. I have bought a couple of other brands and this one is the best yet. On my second jar. The postage really ups the cost of the Hazelnut butter though.

I love this product. Firstly, they pack the box with popcorn instead of bubble plastic, and I like how environmentally conscious that is. Then you open the hazelnut butter and it glides and melts in your mouth so wonderfully that you just wouldn't want to stop eating... And this hazelnut butter has calming effect on the moods, and it helps my migraine. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a healthy nut butter that tastes like heaven...

Great Buy. Love the flavor and how easily it spreads. I like that it's not thick and dry but smooth and creamy.
