A solid wool blanket, but one feature is a flaw
I think a good wool blanket is just a useful thing to have. They stay clean, they are warm and durable, heck, they are even relatively flame retardant. This does all that, as expected, so let's talk about what makes it unique. The edge stitching on this is better and tighter than others I have encountered, but it is still disappointingly weak, cheap thread, so long term I am not sure how much better it will hold up. Process is one thing, but materials matter. The strap is a wash, I can see it being useful if you are just wanting to carry the blanket somewhere, but I use different straps to attach it to my backpack, so it is more in the way and extra weight in that case. It's not bad, just of limited use. But the one thing I had to knock was the "cellphone pocket" that is just a patch on one corner. It isn't in a convenient spot to use and the opening is so wide while the depth is minimal, so things don't really stay. And, the worst part is if you just ignore it and put the blanket down on the ground, it ends up full of leaves, dirt, sand, etc. Like the third time I got it out I realized it was toting a nice handful of loam around.TL;DR - better built that most, strap could be helpful for some but isn't game changing, but pocket is more detrimental than useable.

Warm non-itchy wool blanket for a good price
This wool blanket isn’t itchy like most wool blankets. It feels more like a cotton blanket and doesn’t cause me to break out like the old army blankets I have. While those blankets feel warmer, I can’t use them on their own—I always need a layer between me and the wool. With this blanket, I don’t have to worry about that. The size is good too, at 90"x66", so you don’t have to worry about your toes being exposed if you pull it up to your chin. The blanket is a bit thinner than others, and I think the edges could be finished better. But for around $30, it’s a pretty good deal. I haven’t washed it yet, so I don’t know how durable it is, but with wool blankets, you have to be extremely careful to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions. I like this blanket and hope it proves to be durable. I’ll update this review when I have more information on how it holds up.

Warm and heavy
I forgot heavy weighted a wool blanket is but I love it! Big enough to cocoon in and seem well made. No stinky lanolin smell but it is dry clean only. Worth every penny for us with ice in out veins

Nice wool blanket
I got this XL wool blanket for camping. It is a well made wool blanket and the perfect size for my husband and I to snuggle up with and stay cozy on those cold nights. It is made with premium wool and seems thick and durable. I found it to be comfortable and warm.Has a corner pocket and comes with a carry strap to roll it up. Love the moss color. Reasonably priced.
