This has got to be the best cream I have ever used for itchy skin! I’m not saying it’s the best in terms of most natural, I do prefer to go down the natural route when I’m trying to heal something, but if you have severely itchy skin that is just constant and stops you from sleeping then this is definitely one to try. It is the only product that has ever stopped the itching for me, and I have tried and spent money on lots of different products in the hope that they would do that, but they never did. There’s lots of great products out there that can heal long-term, but in terms of stopping that itching almost instantly they never did that.This product does what it says and after about 2 to 3 minutes for me this intense cooling effect, due to the menthol, sweeps over your skin and just instantly cools down the itch to the point where it no longer itches.It gives you a few hours of peace where you are able to relax or sleep if it’s night time, because we all know that itching is heightened when you’re trying to sleep at night.Some people have mentioned that as soon as you put it on there is a burning feeling, I never experienced that, there was a bit of a tingling which made me question whether it was going to work but just give it a few minutes and then this intense cold sensation comes over and the itching just goes away, at least it did for me! I would definitely recommend doing a small patch test on a small area first just to make sure it doesn’t make your skin feel worse, as it is very high in menthol, but for me that is what worked and as I said it is the only product I’ve ever found of its kind that works!If you have been struggling with intensely itching skin definitely give this a try, I will not be without this product now. The only con is the price is quite expensive but for the relief that you get it really is worth it. I first ordered the small tube to try and was so impressed I immediately ordered the large bottle, which although is expensive it lasts much longer. The tube is good though to carry around with you to use out and about if needed.100% recommend.

Has helped with my skin - very “tingly” at first but helped calm the itching

I’ve been using SUU Balm for a while now, I was prescribed it by a dermatology Dr after clearing an eczema attack, I use it to soothe the area, it has a very good cooling effect also, with it been a Ceramide moisturiser it can help to restoring the natural skin barrier & strengthen the skin & help with deterring an eczema breakout.

I am really very pleased with this product. It really does work within 5 minutes . It's soothing after the itching stops.

I am suffering from terrible itching in both arms. No creams or antihistamines have helped at all. I bought this expensive cream to try as I am desperate. It is easy to apply and rubs in well. It definitely helps and is the first thing that has. To say it's called a cooling cream is a bit misleading as a couple of minutes after application my arms are on fire. They feel and smell like I have rubbed Olbas oil on to them. The skin burns but this is preferable to the intolerable itching. When the burning stops I have a period of respite from the itching usually long enough for me to get to sleep. If I wake in the night itching again I reapply and lay there burning again but as I say this is preferable to the itching. In the morning my arms feel well moisturised. I am glad that I bought this product even though it was very expensive as it has given me a few nights of sleep and that is definitely value for money.

Absolutely brilliant itch relief cream. Why have I never thought to try a menthol-based cream before?! I have been suffering with severe eczema and hives for the past year, which only seems to be getting worse. I was desperate for some itch relief, taking up to 4 antihistamines a day. This balm has been amazing - as soon as I start to get hot and itchy patches, I rub a little of this on and within a few minutes the soothing, cooling menthol totally distracts my skin and my brain and the itch disappears. It also seems to bring some relief to the redness that comes with eczema. I have found it relieves my sanity when I wake up during the middle of the night with itching that was driving me to tears with frustration - now I keep this by the bedside table and apply wherever needed, problem solved! I can get back to sleep much quicker and feel soothed.In terms of moisturising, it does seem to do a good job, however I have also been using another moisturiser in addition to this, so couldn't say exactly how it would be if I were to just use it on its own. Would definitely recommend (but as always with any skin conditions, check if you're sensitive to any of the ingredients first). I have quite sensitive skin that doesn't tolerate much in the way of parabens or preservatives and it hasn't caused any reactions for me.I've found in the recent hot weather this has been brilliant for cooling down my feet (even if they aren't itching!) so has come in very handy!

I was happy to have gotten this product after googling the best itch relief cream. When I got it I thought it would be super easy, just pump it out and rub it on. NO, the pump didn't work; I had to keep working the tube into the cream to get a small amount out, it's not ideal. I will never buy thus again.

Stops the itching immediately. Has a menthol cooling feeling that really helps calm the itch and cools it down/which calms it down. Works fabulously, truly!
