At less than 5 X 5 inches it fits on my desktop right under my monitor eliminating a ton of clutter and noise under the desk. This also makes it much easier to reach the connections, of which there are plenty. It runs very quiet and cool, with the smart fan speed incrementing with processor workload as needed. You can hear it "breathe" under heavier loads, but never gets annoyingly loud, and stays nearly silent when running as a music or video server. With the Intel Ultra 7, it moves you into the next generation of processors with a built-in neural processing unit. I haven't yet used it with a heavy AI load, but it's good to know I have that new design when I need it, and I expect I will. On board the CPU is also the Intel ARC graphics processor which produces stunning results on a 4K monitor. I make no claims about gaming performance, but for photos and video it is an upgrade. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the form factor, performance and value of the NUC 14. Customer support from Cathy at GEEK+ is a positive experience - you actually get a real person to correspond with before and after your purchase. I highly recommend it as a desktop upgrade ready to do more local AI processing.

I am a long-time Intel NUC user and chose this model as an upgrade to my 10th-gen Core i7 NUC whose embedded graphics were rather slow. This ASUS model has no labeling to indicate it is an ASUS other than on the bottom, along with a sticker giving a Geekom address for support (as also indicated in the product listing.) I have two Geekom mini-PCs and they are fine, so I was not concerned about this, just a bit puzzled. The box is ASUS labeled and the system identifies itself as ASUS on boot. The product photo shows stickers for the Intel CPU and Windows 11, but neither were on the unit I received.Internally there is a Kingston SSD and two sticks of unbranded RAM. The system boots quickly into Windows 11 Pro and it works fine. Like my older NUC, it can hold a 2.5" drive; attaching the drive requires two screws (provided). Other than the hard drive install, everything else is tool-free, which I like. Included is a small screw-in clamp to secure the power plug.It runs well and the Intel Arc graphics are much better than on my old NUC, but this is still not a gaming PC (I am not a gamer.) I do hear the internal fan come on occasionally, not as frequently or as loudly as the old NUC.

Arduino-IDE compiles much faster too. Small foot print, big performance.

This thing is amazing. I often have 50 tabs open for work in Chrome with other applications running and it doesn't even blink.

It is powerful, easy to setup and because its an ASUS it will have excellent support. I am pleased with it so far. it costs a little more but you get the quality!

I like everything about it, except that I have 3 monitors on it and the main one in the center occasionally goes black for about 10 seconds. I scoured the Internet for solutions to no avail.

Thank you ASUS NUC 14 Pro, the performance is so good. Able to add additional storage and installed XenServer, its perfect box. Picture and Thunderbolt connectivity options are good. Previous NUC was giving much sound, this looks optimal even we load multiple VMs.
