Multiple Issues and Prompt Service from New Jaisa
I recently purchased a refurbished all-in-one system from New Jaisa, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but trouble. The device arrived with an adapter that didn’t fit properly, making the system unusable. I contacted the New Jaisa service center, and while they eventually sent the correct adapter, my part to resolve this.Once the system was finally on, I encountered a new issue—Wi-Fi wasn’t working. When I complained again, the service person unprofessionally told me that I would have to leave a positive review before they would assist with further service! This is completely unacceptable.
