Great flavor, easy to cook, and a wonderful change of pace from my usual "Midwestern" cooking. Highly recommend. Arrived quickly and was as described. Good value for the money. High-quality lentils (not broken, but intact and dust free). A good item for reducing the fat and sodium intake of my diet.

IT's a lot of lentils! I hadn't realized how big an 8 pound bag would be. I froze half because I won't use up the first half for about three months. The lentils are tasty and easy to prepare. It's a great value.

Great taste and a good amount that last a while. I've added it to soups and made wraps.

These are wonderful lentils - perfect size and color - but buyers need to know that the product packaging completely ruptured down one side during the shipping process, and the padded shipping envelope was full of lentils. I notified Amazon and they made it right, so I'll not hesitate to order in the future.

there's a lerning curvre, like i'm still not sure which split lentil might have ebble to it or if i'm just exluding pure rock. many of the recipe repetedly boil the ingredients which kills off a lot of the benefits of the dals. tried simmer only. most recipes expect you to turn the lentils into mush, but i waited until they ha expanded and soft to the bite, but not yet mush and it worked well. if you simplify this way you can cut down on the number of steps. i used both curry and chile powders, and think i overdid the turmeric somewhat, so i am going to adjust that. i like aayana lentil and ancient grin bowls, and the dal offered by maya kumal but its also fun to experiment if you have the time. if you gained expertise, you could also save money. work in progress.

Works great for soups

Very good quality and stays fresh. Also cleaned very well, so just measure out what I need and don’t have to worry about stones, etc. highly recommend. Just ordered the 8lb bag.

A very large back! I love these, they are great for my health, high in iron and tasty. If you've never cooked them before, they are very easy to cook, they are small and thin so they cook quickly. They make a great soup. Be sure to look up recipes.

Excellent product. I could buy a packet of dal at my local East Asian grocery store but it's convenient getting it from Amazon particularly when the weather is bad during Winter. The product is clean and cooks amazingly well.

Do not have a complaint w/these lentils, excellent taste and flavour. Bolied for 20 minutes on medium heat. Goes well w/grains. You can Google cooking instructions, fills your stomach. <(:)>>>>€
