The non-stick surface is great, tough and easy to clean, but the pan becomes ever so slightly convex when heated, so the oil flows away from the food and toward the edge of the pan, rather than toward the food, requiring tilting every so often.

I’ve wasted a lot of money on other pans in the past, and if I had found this one sooner, I would have saved myself so much frustration and cash. The quality is outstanding—it heats evenly, the nonstick surface truly works without peeling or scratching, and the stay-cool handle makes it comfortable to use. I also love that it’s dishwasher-friendly, oven-safe up to 900°F, and works perfectly on induction as well as my other cooktops. On top of that, the seller responded to me right away, which gave me extra confidence in the purchase. Overall, this pan has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
