PreGymnastic No Wobble Gymnastics Bar, 6ft Long Base Gymnastic bar for kids, Super Easy Folding Gymnastics Bar, Adjustable Gymnastics Kip Bar for Kids

We had purchased a cheaper and more flimsy adjustable gymnastics bar for our 5 year old daughter who is already starting her Olympic training. The thing rocked and jiggled and wiggled and made all sorts of noise. It was a sorry excuse for a gymnastics bar. So to avoid crushing our Olympic hopeful’s dreams at such a young age, I went back to amazon to find a gymnastics bar that met the following stringent specifications of our 5 year old gymnastics superstar:1. It was pink2. It was adjustable, but solid enough that it was stable.3. It could fold easily and quickly.So we ordered this and boy oh boy did it meet expectations. First of all and most importantly, it was pink which met all critical specifications of our professional gymnast. Next it was built solid; it doesn’t move at all. This was important for all of the advanced gymnastics moves of our 5 year old, such as hanging or grabbing. And finally, it had these legs which can be quickly folded with the push of a button. Other bars require unscrewing bolts and such, which is a total waste of valuable gym time.The bar came very well wrapped; each individual piece carefully protected. Instructions were a breeze to follow. However shipping box arrived with some damage which had affected one of the components. When I notified the manufacturer of the issue, they were very prompt and professional at addressing the issue to our complete satisfaction.Both myself and my young Olympian can vouch for the quality of this gymnastics bar. You will be very happy with it!

We bought this gymnastics bar for our three kids to burn their energy during the long 2.5 week winter break :-) Having owned it for one week, the kids really liked it. Turned out to be a very worthy purchase. Here are some pros and cons of the product.Pros:1. Very easy to assemble. You only need to fasten two sets of screws. One set for the base and one set for the top bar. It took me about 15 mins to finish the assembly.2. Height can be easily adjusted. I really like this feature since my three kids are ranged from 5 to 10 years old.3. All parts were carefully wrapped when it shipped, even the two adjusting screws were individually wrapped.4. The mental structure and the fiberglass rail are in very high quality and sturdy. My 10 year old weighs 80+ lbs. The bar is very stable when she is playing.5. The base is foldable and saves a lot of space when the kids are not playing.6. Although not mentioned in the product description and images, the bar does come with a belly cushion.7. The teal color is vivid and beautiful.Cons.We don’t really have any complaints so far. My warning for future buyer is that the product is pretty heavy. It takes two people to carry it from outside of the house.

Update: got in touch with seller. They reached out after seeing my original review. Seller shipped me a new bar to replace the cracked piece at no expense to me. With new bar in place, everything is sturdy and as it should be. I highly recommend this bar and this company. They were great to work with.Bought this gymnastics bar for my young gymnast to train at home. The bar seems sturdy enough for casting, front and back hip circle practice. As a former gymnast I tested it myself to be sure it wouldn’t tip with my child. It held me perfectly with no tipping while casting and preforming a back hip circle. I weigh 130lbs.My only complaint is that our bar came with a crack in it. So I’m quite worried about it holding up for long before cracking more with use. Trying to reach out to seller about this issue, to hopefully resolve. Will update review if issue is resolved.

Got it for my nine year old great granddaughter.She loves it.It is very sturdy and well made.AlsoVery easy to put together.I recommend thisProduct.

My child loves this and it is sturdy enough. The only problem we have had is that one of the locking buttons came out so it isn’t easy to fold it up now. Overall great product. My little one spends a lot of time playing on it.

I hate it when things say they’re easy to fold up and put away and they are anything but. You don’t have to worry about that here. It definitely is as easy to fold and slide to the side as it says and that was important to me.It was also important that I not need a construction crew to assemble it and I didn’t. Did it myself inside of 20 minutes while bopping tunes.The bar itself feels very firm - no give. My daughter says it feels solid when she uses it. She said she has no fear of it snapping or anything like that. She really likes it and now I can’t get her to do beam work or floor work because all she wants to do is bar work. Sheesh!Now, all that said, depends on your gymnast and what they bring I guess. My daughter is almost 7 and weighs 51 lbs. The bar is fine when she does a pullover and casts for a single back hip circle. If she casts hard enough to try for two hip circles, the base lifts as she comes around for the second circle. We all panicked and almost had a heart attack - her included. My husband stood on one side of the base and I stood on the other side. With that pressure, the base didn’t move on her second circle but it still isn’t as rock solid as it is when she does only one. I think it just can’t take the extra momentum. Considering it only took light pressure from us (we didn’t have to lean down hard on it, just place our foot on the frame), I honestly think a few sandbags on each corner of the base may alleviate the problem but not sure it’ll restore any lost confidence.All in all, great little bar, but may not be enough for your gymnast or could be just right. You just won’t know until she gets up on it.
