I started using this in November and by the end of December it broke.I was able to find the magnet and I am attempting to use JB weld to put it all back together again.I recommend, once you slide your tandem and it stops. Put the rig in neutral and release the break and or place it in drive for just a moment to take the pressure off of the tandem and the stopper.My recommendation to the manufacturer is that this maybe better if this was casted as all one piece to avoid it snapping.UPDATE as of February 28th 2025The company reached out to me and offered a replacement that has better welding on the device.I have been using it for months now and it works great.Due to the outstanding customer service and the improvements they have made, I am changing this to 5 stars.

The magnet has fallen out and now it won't stay in place. Worked great the first time. Now it just falls out of the hole. So kind of disappointed in the product.

Wish I would have bought sooner. Works great and makes my job easier.

I have used this for a few weeks and I like it. The magnet has popped out so I super glued it in place. When I slid the trailer back recently, the frame popped off from the cylinder which I had hoped was welded and not just glued in. The components are very durable but the connection is a bit weak. I super glued the cylinder back into the frame and I'll see if it holds.Addendum: Their customer service was unmatched. They read my feedback, offered to send me a replacement immediately, and accepted my feedback for further advancements with the tandem slide block designs in the future. They make sure you are happy with the purchase, which I definitely was.

Works as advertised. I ordered 2 so I can put one on each side when sliding my tandems. Great product! No more guessing when to stop to hit that 40 foot mark when rolling into Cali!

Husband asked for this for his rig, figured it would making Sliding tandems easier. And it did. Until it broke apart. In general the idea behing the product is great, just not sure of the strength/durability of it. We only bought it early Sept this year. So 6wks? Disappointed that it didn't last longer.He's never rough with usage of anything for the truck. Wants to make sure things last, so I know he didn't misuse the product.Always a possibility we got a defective one. But with the cost, not sure if we will purchase another
