Robust taste
Rich and robust smell and taste - definitely nit the same quality as those purchased from your local grocery stores. I am very pleased with the way it enhanced my banana nut breads, homemade ice cream, my mixes and smoothies. I recommend this product. Robust taste.

The Flavor
Oh the flavor of this maple extract is so delicious. I bought this especially for making maple walnut fudge. The aroma that came out of the bottle as I measured it, was so delicious. After the fudge was cooled and cut, it only lasted 3 days. You just couldn't stop eating it because it was that scrumptious. So, if your recipe calls for pure maple extract, this should be your only one to use

Pretty good, need to dial in a recipe
It's not bad when following their root beer recipe on their website. Modified a bit to use brown sugar in addition to white sugar and that made it better. It's a little too strong on the extract flavor so need to reduce a bit as well. Not sure why but I like other brands like Barqs and Dads a little better, but this is an extract to use with SodaStream and might be as good as it gets.

All-round Cinnamon
This cinnamon really adds a great 'punch' of flavor to all the nut milks I make, the chocolate 'smoothies' to relax with in the evening, and as a great addition to my Brio Cru drinks as well as my August Teas. It serves as a flavor 'awakening' to the tastebuds & I enjoy the other flavors more with it

Great Root Beer Flavor
I wanted some good root beer extract like I remember being able to buy 50 years ago. After reading the other reviews this sounded like it had potential. It turns out the other good reviews were right on. It is great! But I was especially worried about a number of bad reviews where the packaging wasn't good and the bottle was leaking when it arrives. I am happy to report that my shipment was packaged as well as it could have been and better than 90% of all the shipments I get from Amazon. I am very pleased with the product and very pleased with the order and delivery.

Cook's Pure Maple Extract Takes Your Baking Up Several Notches
Whether you enhance your pancakes, cookies, pies, homemade granola, fruit crumble, or your tarts with this marvelous extract, your tasting audience is going to applaud your choice. I have designed a breakfast cookie which includes applesauce, whole wheat flour and oats that is eagerly sought after by my following. Maple extract is hard to come by and this is a winner for the price and quality!

Great flavor essence BUT lacks a liquid dropper syringe. Such a shame
I'd give 5 stars if it came with a bottle cap with a liquid dropper syringe. While the hazelnut flavor is great, I kept spilling the oil when pouring on to a teaspoon or a cup. I spilled almost equal amount because it naturally flows over the mouth of the bottle. Hope this feedback will be taken seriously to update the product packaging design.
