I ordered the grey 110ft smaller width hose. Setting it up was so simple and they provided a template for the holes, took five minutes to get up and running.Five stars for how easy it was to install, how smooth and effortless it is to operate, and the pressure is great! I also enjoy the adjustable and multi sprayer.There is one really annoying detail that I should be able to fix with a separate hose attachment. There is no tightener for the spray attachment side. This means if it leaks there are sharp edges to try and secure it and this is a pain. It also came with a plastic pressure nozzle. May as well left it out because it doesn’t work.But I am not unhappy at all, it’s a great buy for the price and overall quality, I don’t even want to ever look at another conventional hose again 😂

LOVE IT.as someone who is in the garden everyday. This thing is a life saver. Wife is very happy my hose is nice and clean now and not jumbled. Retracts so easily.Price point is great. Size is perfect. Functions exactly how it intends. Hardest part was drilling the holes into the wall.Unknown on longevity but the warranty backed by the company seems solid.

I received the product in perfect condition, but the UV protection cover is missing.

This came with good instructions, and was easy to install on the side of our house. The hose is easy to pull out, and with a little additional pull, it retracts back easily and smoothly. We love it so far. It's a pleasure to use. The spray nozzle they included has many settings, and is very easy to turn on and off. I will buy a 2nd one for our back yard.Please note, this did not come with a UV cover.

Easy to install, kinda big, but that's to be expected with as long of a hose you get. Great job, doesn't leak, kids love using. Doesnt have a slow retraction like others, which might be nice, but it works. It has held up to hot Texas direct sunlight, and the spray modes are all useful.

The bracket breaks very easily. The weight of the hose is too much for the cheap bracket to hold.

So far working well. I mounted to 4x4 wood post wrapped by vinyl, rather than drilling into my brick basement. Directions are to drill 12mm hole. But that’s for inserts. For wood mount drill 5mm or 7/16ths holes.
