I love this tapered bristles toothbrushes.
This toothbrush is great. It not only is soft, it cleans very very well. But if you have bigger teeth and a bigger mouth then you should probably get the larger size brushes by this same brand with the white bristles. I may have to try those too just to see. I hope the brushes last a long time. Well worth the price here for all 5, the bristles feel way different than any manual toothbrush on the market I have tried.

1/5 larger, wider head & much stiffer than Lion Systema’s small head toothbrush, hurting gum when using daily; not for humans
update: after using these for several days my gum starts to hurt and can feel the stiffness in this item. I am using Invisalign so my gum & teeth are sensitive. This is not a substitute for Lion Systema in any means. I ordered Nimbus compact instead at a much higher cost $33 for 10 brushes as that's comparable to Systema. I attempted to return these but Amazon just refunded me w/o returning. I will use these perhaps to brush off dust or vegetables/ fruits.I’ve been using Lion Systema’s small head toothbrushes that I brought with me from Asia for 2 years (& years in Asia previously) as I have sensitive gum, but as my stock of Lion Systema ran low & I could not find reasonable vendors for Lion on Amazon, I decided to try Sanha5 as it is marketed as small-head version. Upon trying the first one, it’s 1/5 larger than Systema, visibly obvious, & feels much stiffer/ former than the latter, but not in a bad way. The larger size is still compact, and not discomforting. The stiffer/ firmer part also gives a nice message to the gum, instead of hurting it. So Sanha 5’s a reasonable substitute for Lion Systema’s small-head version. I’ll continue to use them as long as I cannot find the original Systema easily in the US.
