Great product, great customer service
This water filter system makes some of the best tasting water I’ve ever had. Setting it up was relatively straight forward, i feel like it’s a bit intimidating with all the different pieces but once you start, it’s not bad at all. I had an issue where the automatic shut off valve failed prematurely and after reaching out to support, Robert did a great job helping to troubleshoot and get me a replacement part. Overall I’ve been super happy with this filter system and Ispring in general, and I’ll be glad to continue buying their products once I move to a bigger house!

Great telephone support!
Seems to work fine . installation was fairly straightforward but the directions were sort of generic and applied to several different RO systems but most importantly telephone support was excellent. that makes a big difference. I was actually a little shocked.The system does not come with a water trough or leak tank which you have to buy separately but that is not a big deal. It is something I highly recommend in case your system ever brings a leak. I had never worked with a quarter inch RO tubing and connectors before but so far it seems idiot proof.

damaged faucet got replacement
iSpring RCC7AK-BLK is the fourth drinking water filter I installed for my family in the last 30 years. I picked iSpring RCC7AK-BLK to replace my 15 years old Watt Premier RO Pure because of the Remineralization and it saves some water from waste. Everything was fine except the oil rubbed black faucet got some scratches out of the box. The scratches on black faucet in a brand new kitchen looked odd. I emailed iSpring and after few emails back and forth within 2 days to confirm my purchase, sale person "Sean" placed a replacement order for me. I'm waiting for the replacement faucet and my drinking water filter will be perfect.
