E1 error code
Ordered despite reading reviews on this thing. Never worked not once. Will not pump water from the holding tank. Just keep getting error code E1.

Coffee Tastes Great!
Just had to stop and write a review. I replaced Keurig with this machine and the coffee tastes better in my opinion. Have yet to try the timer but intend to soon. Love this machine and the fresh ground coffee from it. It is slow but the taste is worth it. It looks great on my counter and it surprisingly easy to use despite a lot of possible customization. It seems to be of good quality. The filters are inexpensive and easy to find

DID NOT PRODUCE ONE CUP OF COFFEE BEFORE RETURNING!!! **UPDATE**
Extremely disappointed with this coffee maker because it would not work but I had very high hopes for this! First I'll start off by saying I loved everything about it but was very skeptical about purchasing this because it one had one 5 star review and I could not find much info about this coffee maker or this brand on google but this machine checks off all my boxes, automatic built in coffee grinder with a Bur grinder, time setting auto brew, makes hot and iced coffee, customizable coffee strength and bean grind, nice size fits perfectly in the space I have, I live in an apartment, and best of all this only brews up to a 5 cups. I overlooked a lot of other potentially better coffee makers because they are just too big for what I need, I'll never need to brew like 10-12 cups of coffee at one time, so I decided to chance this machine at a hefty price of $300 and having no significant buzz about this machine online anywhere and I was able to get it for $100 off. The grind works and grinded my coffee beautifully and the grind was even and consistent, but it just would not brew a cup, it kept showing an error code stating that the water tank was not installed properly and to remove it and put it back or add the right amount of water but all of that was done and the code just would not go away. It will grind the coffee according to my settings and fill the basket with the grind and the machine sounds like it's going to start brewing but after about a minute and 35 seconds of just noise from inside the machine and NO action of a brew starting, it will stop and show an E1 code and that's the end of it! I could not find anything online to troubleshoot this issue, there was nothing wrong with the water level and the water tank, but it kept reading an error for this. I could not upload a minute long video to show exactly what this machine does. It will upload but will not play for some reason, but the pic of the error code is all I get with this machine so I'm returning this, I'm going against my better judgement and getting a replacement, maybe I just got a bad apple out of the bunch, and I will update my review after I try the replacement!!***UPDATE***......So I did buy a second coffee maker thinking the first one I bought that kept showing an error code right out of the box was just a faulty/bad machine but the second machine did the exact same thing. I took the machine out of the box and just handled it as little as possible thinking maybe it was something I did with the first machine, maybe I knocked something out of its place the wrong way somehow and the error code was because of something like that, but no it was the same thing with the second machine, it grinds the beans and prepares to brew a cup, you could hear the machine working and you would think the machine is about to start making coffee but it abruptly stopped before it even starts a brew and gave an E1 error code, I ended up returning both machines because there's very little information online about this machine and the brand. I just could not figure out what was the cause of the code! Ended up being Extremely disappointed. The company did reach out to me after they saw my negative review a short while after I already returned both machines and they offered a troubleshoot suggestion of using an air pump to blow away any possible dust and foreign objects from between the water tank and the machine and that they use the latest model sensors which make it easier to detect any abnormal conditions in all parts of the machine and that sensor is extremely sensitive to abnormalities. They say maybe the amazon warehouse is really dusty and its caused dust to get in the machine and cause some kind of malfunction, but the machine is wrapped in a bag, placed into a box, fully covered by a piece of cardboard and the box closed and taped over that, so I doubt this is a problem from amazon and not the manufacturer maybe dust from the manufacturer warehouse while assembling and boxing this machine is more to blame for this problem. Either way, I bought the machines while it was on sale and got it for $200. Now it's priced at $350, $50 price increase for some reason and no coupons for money off so I won't try again with this machine and try their troubleshoot suggestion if I do get another E1 error code until I can catch a sale as good as the one when I bought it for $200 because I'm still in the market for a new machine and have not found one I like as much as this one. I added a star for great communication from the seller.

Purchased it during the Christmas and love it
From the first cup of coffee I made back in December 2023, it has worked perfectly. The coffee tastes great and has been worth it for me. I follow the manufacturer's cleaning schedule and have not had any problems yet. I brew a pot a day, and that is what I need. I used to waste coffee in the past. It is easy to clean every day and set up for the next morning. I would like to purchase a spare glass pot or drip case. Just in case I break it. Are there any options for buying a spare glass pot and drip case?
