this laptop was very well protected for shipping (in it’s own little bubble pillow). It was used but tidy and everything working as expected. Hubby is an IT geek and recognized that the frame around the keyboard was a new one. There are plenty of ports for connecting, and USB ports for transferring files, etc. Well done! I know that there is always a risk when you buy computer stuff used, but this has the Amazon 90 day guarantee so I feel good about it. Great seller, great product, well done!!!!!

This lap top has good picture a lot of ports but the sound quality is very poor. I have netflixs turned up to 100 and the lap top sound turned up to 100 and can bearly hear it. It is also slow.

I bought this laptop to replace my Black Friday special from '13 or '14 which was painfully slow out of the box. This laptop is extremely fast for online college work, shopping, general browsing, social media, and streaming video. I suspect light gaming as well. If you need a laptop for work or school this one is gonna be very hard to beat, especially with the quad core processor. You can upgrade the RAM and hard drive. You can't upgrade the processor in a laptop so this beats a bunch of higher priced computers I was considering effortlessly.

La verdad todo estaba muy bien , lo único malo es que el cargador no carga la batería, si le da corriente a la laptop , pero no carga la batería no se si es por que no es original de la máquina. 5 años después aun me sirve.

Did they test this before they sell? probably notHere are the facts:When i first turn on the laptop there is an alert. AC adapter is less than recommended than the AC adapter originally shipped. This will increase the time to charge the battery. This basically means this is not a dell charger or the charger no longer able to perform. Please see the attached picture. This is minor and I am not concerned about this.The problem is the laptop is very lagging. It takes way longer to load compared to a normal computer. (I only use basic programs like MS Word and PowerPoint)I called up Dell. Dell stated that this is not refurbished, this is reused. Dell also stated that there isn't any replacement part since this is so old.Today when i turn it on. It state that there is no boot device found.This is not a refurbished. I am not sure what kind of test they did before they sell these but this is junk. Wasted my time.My recommendation: do not buy this laptop because it is so old. the replacement part is no longer available. I dont think the seller test out this device before they sell them. No it did not perform anywhere like a new laptop.

Just received yesterday. Packaged well. In very good condition, seems to work well (so far) for a re-furbished laptop with just a couple small scuff marks. Was fairly easy to setup.Think this will be a great purchase for price and personal work to be done with it.Plan to update review after I've worked with it for a while.

I'm loving this little box! I got it hooked up to a 49" LG tv for a monitor and it rocks 1080p streams like no one's business. Doesn't heat up or appear to have any issues what-so-ever. I'm an electronic technician and just needed to upgrade my gear...I couldn't have asked for a better computer at this price range. Keep rockin it IT bro...

The Laptop itself was ok but the power chord they sent with it was of a different brand and really cheap so it fell apart after two weeks of use I payed good money for a complete product I think that this company is a little shady if you ask me !!
