I need to drill a 3.5" hole in a concrete slab. which is easier, an sds max core bit, or a diamond wet core bit? what's the difference?

Typically for a slab you would use the diamond core bit. The SDS max is for use with a large hammer drill. The diamond bit is for use with a core drill.

Does it come with shaft and pilot bit? Is it ready to use?
