Quite small
Item received in good condition in a very nice branded box. I am not sure why but when I received this I thought it was going to be much bigger than what it is, it really is quite small. That said for the little fingers playing with it, it will be ample size. The transforming of this is really where all the fun is at and through repetition you can really get quite quick at doing it. Despite being made of plastic, it is very hard wearing and stands up to plenty of bashing about. The battle base concept of play is new to me and you would need other transformers in the range to make this work properly but appears it would be good fun.

You Need Another Action Figure To Battle With To Get Full Playability - Luke Loves His!
I ordered this for my six year-old nephew, Luke. This Transformers One Robot Battlers figure (Elita-1, who, it turns out, is female!) is quite a bit smaller than expected (just under 12") but he doesn't have any Transformers yet (and loves the movies and cartoons!) so he was delighted to try this out.He managed to get the hang of how to covert Elita-1 into a sleek Cybertronian motorcycle, with help from dad at first! He does it effortlessly now. The motorcycle wheels spin with ease, as you'd expect from a Hasbro toy. The toy's size is perfect for a younger child (recommended age range is 6 years and up, so he's the minimum age). The figure comes with an Energon Power Sword (you can only use that when in robot mode, obviously) and you need other figures to battle against, which is the only limitation I would highlight with this toy. (The Battle Base works by putting Elita-1 in robot mode, and you can squeeze your fingertips left to right to swing her sword and hopefully knock out her chosen foe).I think there are three in this Transformers One line: Elita-1, Sentinel Prime and Bumblebee. You really need two or more of these toys to get full 'Transformers' playability from it - though if your child is anything like Luke, they'll have a plethora of other action figures to 'battle' anyway! So another of these isn't essential.Elita-1 has been one of his favourite toys recently and he's even taken her in to school to show his friends! So it's safe to say he likes it!

Good fun
This is one of those toys that transforms from a figure to a motorcycle and back again. It would seem that this Nana has absolutely no clue how to go about doing this, while my grandchildren seem to know intuitively what to do (a bit like mobile phones). Is it a slick and smooth transformation? Well, not in my opinion, but nevertheless this doesn't seem to be an issue with the kids. They love the fact that one minute it can be one thing and can change the next. I don't know how long it will be popular because toys come and go. Transformers were the toy to have about 20 years ago when the cartoon series was on tv. As far as I know, they slipped out of fashion for a few years but came back in when they released the transformer movies. The toy is fun, the kids like it so I'll say no more except to say I'm happy to recommend it.

Great
Great gift for a birthday. Its not like one of the newer toys that are made of thin plastic that will break. this is far more of a 90’s toy. The bits move nice and freely. Its taken quite a bit of abuse so far but still standing tall

Small 3 step transformer to motorcycle + battle base
This Transformers One Robot Battler is the Elita -1 figure from Hasbro.Good quality plastic construction , it always surprises me how these Transformer figures stand up to the constant ‘transforming ‘ back and forth from figure to vehicle but they do .This one transforms into a sleek ‘Cybertronian’ motorcycle which is the favourite mode of the 8 year old tester.Elita-1 comes with a battle base that it stands on and you can create battle moves with the controls moving your fingers together to make the figure swing and wave the weapon, battle against others.Articulated head ,arms and legs for imaginative play , setting scenes and battle poses . Limited play on its own but a great addition to others in this range for battles .At only 4.5inches high it’s high budget price for me and such a small toy but good quality and a Trasnformers favourite .

Small and A Bit Expensive But A Fine Enough Toy
This is quite a small toy, probably only as big as my hand and there's not much to it. It turns from a bot into a bike and comes with a few usable accessories. The toy does look fine enough and the transform element does at least work well on this toy and turning the bot into a bike is easy and smooth. It's also is well made so it's saved somewhat. For what it is I do feel it's a bit expensive though. That said, my son likes it and I guess that's all that matters really.
