Small but it works !
Overall this small dehumidifier has exceeded our expectations. We were having issues with mould and damp. It’s ideal for light moisture problems I would say. Would be bit of noisy on high ,but quiet for night use. It has been effective at removing the moisture from the air. We are happy with the purchase .

Stylish and convenient.
I doubt this compact device has the power to address a severe dampness problem. It seems more suited to controlling a moderate moisture issue arising from, say, a bedroom/en-suite bathroom situation. A more worrying matter is the meagreness of the 270-day manufacturer warranty period, as stated on page 6 of the user manual. The user-manual claims suitability for usage within an area of up to 25 sq. metres. That is equivalent to about 269 square feet (i.e. 16.4 feet x 16.4 feet), which matches well with my application. (Note: the marketing information on the Amazon product page for this item states suitability an area of 270 - 860 square feet (the latter equivalent to 29.3 feet x 29.3 feet).)The quoted power rating for the device is 22.5 Watts maximum. In ‘night mode’, the power is reduced a little, as is the effectiveness. I am currently being charged 30.82 pence per Kw-Hour of electricity. Therefore, running at full power throughout the year, this dehumidifier would cost me about £5 a month or £60 a year. Allowing for the use of ‘night mode’ and turning off the light function, perhaps this cost will reduce to, say, £3-£4 a month. (The plug/transformer seems to run warm at about 37 degrees C., representing part of the power loss.)The costs above can be contrasted with the usage of disposable desiccant tubs, which typically cost around £1.30 each, dependent upon numbers purchased at one time. My initial observations reveal, for my bedroom application (around 61% RH at 23 degrees C.), the dehumidifier collects moisture about 10 times faster than a desiccant tub. (Such tubs typically last for two to six months.)Setting aside detailed cost comparisons, the main benefit of the mini-dehumidifier will be in my having to order, store, use and dispose of fewer disposable desiccant tubs, which are hardly the most environmentally-friendly items. Also, it is an attractive, lightweight, compact, easy-to-use machine that can be readily moved to another room when another need arises, e.g. whilst having guests staying. I have also experienced a sustained improvement in air quality -- both subjectively and as seemingly reflected in the status indications provided by the air-quality sensor of the WINIX air purifier in my bedroom.

Useless don’t waste your money
My first impression of this dehumidifier is that I was surprised how small this was when it arrived. I didn’t expect it to be big but somehow it still fell short of my expectations. Given the size, it is meant to be used in a smaller room, which was fine for me so I plugged it into my small spare bedroom where I had some washing drying. I left it overnight, expecting to collect a decent amount of water given this is advertised as having a 2L capacity. However, when I checked the dehumidifier in the morning it had hardly collected anything, probably just about a teaspoon of water in a very damp very small room. Incredibly disappointed in this, definitely not worth the price. I have returned this dehumidifier for a refund as it is useless to me.

Nice small unit
Seems to take forever to draw any moisture out. Left running for 8 hours in a damp bathroom and probably only get an egg cup full of water. Disappointed

Useless at dehumidifying a small bedroom
After running for 10 hours straight in a bedroom approx 10m squared it dropped the humidity from 75% to 73% and yes all the doors and windows were closed. The amount of water collected in the tank over 10 hours was less than 25ml so yes it does dehumidify, but at a rate this will be practically useless for most persons needing a dehumidifierAvoid, it’s useless.
