I use this tea to make iced tea. We love our tea to be strong. PG Tips can be made strong without becoming bitter.

one of my favorite teas
The flavor of this tea is really good. I like that the tea bag has more leaves than most of the budget black teas you can get. I contacted the company about their tea bags and they assured me there isn't plastic or other harmful materials in them.I use this tea every day for my morning tea. The value is exceptional at only a couple cents per bag.

flavor has changed.
Prefer the taste of the old pyramids in comparison to the tea now served in squares. The squares negate all the past advertising, that extolled the virtues of the pyramid bags.Now we're supposed to believe that the 'new' taste in the new squares is better than the old pyramids, I think not.

NOT pyramid bags and NOT returnable. Product description is inaccurate.
Purchased as description was for the pyramid bags. What arrived was “new perfect flavor release” pillow bags. Not as described and not returnable. Disappointing.
