This item is just as described; it's a hard case with a purple foggy clear hue. I bought this as a temporary case until I get my Grove case, and although I like it, I just wish it wasn't so hard to remove! It's great if you have no reason to remove it, but if you do, it's not easy at all and I felt so paranoid I was about to damage my iphone. All in all, a good product though not so ideal in my case (not pun intended)!

I like this case. I've already dropped by phone on concrete and tile from standing with no issues. My daughter threw my phone onto tile, no issue. The case is very slim and the purple is cute! I deducted 1 star because of that loose band below the home button. It obviously didn't make a difference regarding protection, but who wants a flimsy piece?Otherwise I'd recommend the case.

As someone who usually opposes cases on my iphone, I was not expecting to love this one as much as I do! The case is so light weight and slim fitting, I hardly notice its even there. Since its mostly clear, this case does not take anything away from the design of the phone, and I love the way the purple edges pop against my white phone. A week or two after getting this case, I dropped my phone in the toilet and I thought there was no way it could have survived that. Amazingly, after quickly taking off the case and putting my phone in some rice, it worked perfectly with no issues whatsoever! I'm sure i would have been left with an extremely expensive brick had I not had the case on when it happened! Back to the case...All the holes are lined up perfectly, and it is such great quality and you can't beat the price! I do really really like this case, although it fits so well I sometimes have a hard time taking it off!I will say this case will probably be enjoyed more by people who have the white iphone..my husband has the black phone and we have a few of these cases in other colors and they ALWAYS look better on mine!-Mrs. Watson

I was really hoping I'd like this case. It was actually for my girlfriend. The design flaw is the bottom of the case. The front facing bottom portion to be exact. It's too flimsy and will not hold up in the long term. Other aspects of the case are great but this is something that merits a return of the case unfortunately.Plus the vendor shipped the wrong case and I've yet to hear from them when I've attempted communication with them concerning the return.

My wife has had the Poetic Atmosphere case for her iPhone 5 for over 2 years, she loves it. The other day she had to remove the case to clean the inside part which is where the tricky part comes in; rather than peeling the rubber portion lengthwise, she peeled it from the bottom thin strip, extending it and making it unusable. So I ordered another of the same case, and will remember how to remove it from now on!It's a thin case with a "foggy" transparency on the back, and the purple works well visually against the white iPhone. The rubbery edges protect the phone well both face up and down, the bumpers allow the phone to be placed face down and the screen will not touch the surface.Shipping was fast with Prime, received it the next day in fact, and packaging was excellent.Overall, I recommend the Poetic Atmosphere.

This is.a nice cover and does protect the phone. The one flaw is that it impedes the ability to use the converter from the current smaller plug to the previous larger plug which i use with my car charger. I did a little shaving of the case and it now works although I still need to push a little of the case out of the way. I enjoy the purple.

I absolutely love this case for its sleek design, comfort in my hand, and most importantly, its reliability. I’m a klutz, and for the past five years I’ve dropped my iPhone fairly regularly onto various surfaces, including flat tile and concrete, though typically only from 2 feet. My phone has remained intact and unscratched! This past spring I upgraded to the SE and tried using a newer design from this brand, but I decided to repurchase this case instead. My only complaint, and the reason for the repurchase, is the colors gradually fade over time (I’m not sure when this started). The clear plastic fades to gray, and the purple rubber fades to a very dull, gray-purplish tone. But really, the color is the least of my concerns!

The case is cloudy not clear which makes it really unappealing. It was also very difficult for me to get the case on. The material isn't a hard plastic or rubber which I would have preferred. Overrall, it's not totally hideous and I DID get the case on so I give it three stars. I already ordered a new case though so I will just use this as my back up case.

After about 6 months the purple siding is seperating from the rest of thee case in some spots, but it still stays on the phone fine. It can be a bit challenging to take off, so I think it would last better if not taking the case on/off often

It is too small to fit the phone. I was scared to break the buttons on the phone when putting it on/off

As the title suggests, the phone is a fantastic cover, protecting the phone from scratches and possibly even a few drops, but the only thing that I don't like about the cover is the fact that it's almost impossible to remove without breaking your nails (Even short nails) or the case itself! I struggled to remove it as I was frightened of either snapping the case in half or damaging the phone, and was afraid to put it on again because of this!

I bought this case after reading reviews and I have to say i'm not disappointed. I wanted something to maintain the thin feel of the phone and this does it perfectly. It keeps it light and i'm not scared of it gaining scratches. It is tight and you need the tiniest bit of force to get it on but the buttons are very tactile and easy to press and its easy to get off it you are patient. I teamed it with a basic screen protector from ebay and I've had no problems so far. I don't know how well it would protect the phone from a drop but its not specially made for that and for the price under £10 I think its a great purchase.Would definitely recommend
