Perfect!!
I bought a different brand of 'black vinegar' (52***) to use in making a recipe for dinner guests. I found that it was crude, bad tasting, and inedible. But I thought I would Try this brand before I gave up on black vinegar. I didn't have high hopes but now I'm glad I did! This Soeos vinegar is excellent! Black vinegar made right! I would give it 10 stars if I could!Great deep, complex flavor! Rolls over the tongue very pleasantly ... not harsh and cheap like the other brand.Aroma is pleasant. Not over-whelming of vinegar.Good body.You can't go wrong with this. I can't wait to use this for a dipping sauce for dumplings and/or chicken! I will definitely buy again!!!!

Interesting Flavor!
I have been adding this to a lot of dishes (stir fry, wild rice soup, chicken dipping sauce) and I am surprised how just a little adds a lot of zip to whatever I put it on. It has a deeper flavor than apple cider vinegar. Very happy with it and I will buy it again when I have used this bottle up.

Delicious and different
I am always looking for new spices, condiments, vinegars, oils, etc., for my cooking. I used this as a marinade for chicken thighs. Oh wow, what great flavor. I mixed the vinegar, olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh grated ginger, soy sauce and a small amount of red pepper flakes and fresh lemon juice. I marinated for about 1.5 hours, and baked in the oven. It was out of this world delicious. I can't wait to try a new mix with it. It came quickly and in good condition, and it is a large amount for the price. Vinegar goes a long way. I'm very happy with this product.

Soeos Chinkiang Black Rice Vinegar
I just love this black rice vinegar, it has good flavour, I use other Chinkiang black rice vinegar before and did not like it. I use it in every meal, add it to soup, noodles whether it is in soupy form or stir fried.It has warm energy and nourish the blood according to traditional eastern belief.

A little pricey
Even though I find it quite a bit pricey, it's not bad and has a good flavor. It pairs pretty well with dumplings, so I'm happy at least about that.
