The clarity of the camera(s) are good. The OPU failed after 3 1/2 days. It took almost 3 weeks for customer service to send out a replacement. The directions in box have a lot to be desired. The web site is not easy to navigate thru.

Security That's Easy and in Your own hands
This system is really terrific. You can add as much as you want for your purposes, it's easy to set up, and user/s can easily see exactly what is going on in real time on their phones. I'm happy with it!

When working it is good......Found a fix to cloud issues.
Had this alarm for several years. When it is working, it is good. However, the last year, it has been not working because it kept getting the error message "not connected to the cloud". However, I did find a fix. If you connect USB flash drive to the hub, you do not need to be connected to the cloud but still need to be connected to wifi. Everything works well now.

No Longer Working
Had this set for 7 years or so and it worked great.I found it easy to set up and connect to my internet and add more sensors and cameras.Window and door sensors gave peace of mind whether I was home or not.Unfortunately, I have not been able to login to the service for over 2 months now.The error says "Connection Unknown Error".All of my cameras and sensors no longer work.Messages to the company go unanswered.Update: just before I began to remove all of the sensors, etc. the system came back online. Sensors and cameras working again.

Server is offline and system doesn’t work. Company doesn’t answer the phone.
I have had this system installed for over 10 years. This past year the company has shut down the server several times including right now. The phone number doesn’t work. No voicemail even.Update: the system came back online and the company was sold to a new owner who promises to update servers and maintain services. The jury is out on whether this comes to fruition with or without a paid subscription.
