The pockets are perfectly sized, with one large enough to hold my phone securely. This is super lightweight and very adjustable. There are a lot of pockets, with one of the pockets being able to accommodate a large phone. Clips are small, but for me this means they don't dig in as much. love the reflective strips, and the mesh on the back is great for helping stay a bit less sweaty. The water bottle is a great addition and with it being flexible, it is comfortable to carry/wear. I got the M/L and found it a bit snug to be honest, however, it wasn't unwearable, and I think it may have been snug in comparison to my other vest. Overall a great exercise vest.

This running vest is amazing, holds everything I need and has a large phone pocket! I was concerned about the clasps as they seem abit small however they held well and are less obstructing than larger clasps … overall very impressed and would recommend

Having started a new fitness routine, which includes running, I needed a hands-free solution to keep me going with easy access to various pieces of kit. This vest is a handy solution, but has some room for improvement.Firstly, it's a comfortable fit. There are adjustable chest straps to help customise it and it hasn't chafed or pulled as of yet in the few times I've used. I'm a size 16 and the M/L fits me snugly. The design is quite lightweight and I forget I'm even wearing it half the time. It would be great to have other sizing options to cater to all body times too.It does come with a 500ml water bottle with a suction top. It did have a strong silicone-y smell to it. I ended up having to wash it a few times and soak the whole thing before feeling comfortable with using it. It's not a huge capacity so if you consume water when running, I'd say use your own bottle. The other issue is that it's a flimsy bottle once empty or near empty and ends up flapping about when you've consumed some. It needs to have a more durable and stable bottle.On the other side of the vest is another pocket for a phone. It has securely held my Samsung S23 without falling out so it's deep enough for other smaller phones too. On the back, there is also a reflective strip which is great for visibility during any early morning or evening runs.There is, however, scope for improvement in the pockets in that it could do with an additional couple of options for keys or snacks. For now, I end up stuffing keys under the water bottle and thankfully I don't have a huge set of keys.One other concern is how well this would fare after a few washes. I tend to wash it once a couple of weeks after running about 3/4 times. It seems fine so far but there's no telling how long it can last so that's something to watch out for.Overall, it's a good vest but I feel like it's just missing a few small improvement and then it will be great. Coming in at £29.99 (with a 15% off voucher for the M/L) at time of review it's decent. I did notice that the S/M and L/XL are the same price and have 10% off.

Needed a running vest for my long runs. I've had the Salomon active4 for some years but was getting annoyed with the clip ins. This vest is easy to put on, extremely comfortable and adjustable, has more than enough space for gels, keys, phone etc and comes with a soft flask that fits perfectly in it. Extremely happy with this purchase.

The vest works great but if you’re smaller than a medium sized shirt, it will probably be slightly big on you. I like that it comes with a bottle and the cell phone holder. During a run the straps started to loosen around the 2 mile mark, but I could easily tighten them while running. Overall great value.
