Incipio Carrying Case for Apple iPhone 6 - Retail Packaging - Black

This is a perfect low profile case for my iPhone 6. This case helps tremendously with the grip of the phone. As you know, the metal back of the phone makes it slippery as hell. With this case, you can confidently hold the phone without a lot of weight added to the phone. It's very sleek looking and doesn't pick up lint when in my pocket or at the bottom of my purse. It is super easy to clean... it's actually kinda hard to get dirty.I've had this case for over 6 months. Not a scratch on it (I also don't drop my phone much). This case holds up to normal wear and tear just fine. After 6 months it has not discoloration. The original fit for the phone remains. It has not stretched out or warped in any way. I would call this a quality, minimal bulk phone case. You keep the slim style of the phone, but have adequate protection for the whole phone.Will this case save your phone from a 3 story fall? No. Will this case protect your phone from normal wear, tear and drops? Yes. You will love this case. Go ahead and purchase it.

I've been using it for just a couple of days but I'm really happy with this case. It's thin and feels great on my hand. I've been using my iPhone 6 without a case for a month and I just didn't liked how slippery it felt all this time. With this case I can get a better grip and the fear of dropping it is now gone.The iPhone fits really well and it feels sturdy and protected. The power button feels a little hard but I think it will get better with use.I ordered the black version and it's solid black. Not translucent or anything like that.There are two things I don't like:- The glossy part right next to the camera and flash. It would've looked better all in matte.- The edge that surrounds the screen feels weird. I guess it's just something to get used to but I've been really noticing on my ear and my thumb when unlocking the iPhone.In conclusion, a great case.

Editing my initial review: The translucent case started turning yellow almost within days after getting it. I love everything about the case so I bought the same thing in black. Love the black even more than the translucent frost but still disappointed -- the translucent case should not have turned yellow and that was a let down. The black case is very minimalist and a good complement to a black iPhone. What I love about this: the texture of the case feels great -- not sticky but almost like suede, with enough texture to help you grip. Also love that it adds minimal weight and bulk. Had a Speck Candyshell on my last iPhone (4). It lasted two years but the rubber was stained and chewed up. I compared the same Candyshell for the iPhone 6 to the Incipio NGP. The Candyshell seems to increase the size and definitely adds to the weight of the phone. Clearly it provides more protection. I liked the Candyshell but it seemed clunky after having compared to the NGP. The NGP has enough of a lip on the front to let you put the phone face down (which I always) do. I have the Zagg glass on it. The lip has enough depth so you can put the phone down without the glass touching the table. The material seems like it will be more durable than the Candyshell rubber especially around the bottom where the ports are. The translucent looks great on the white iPhone. I am a little concerned that this case does not provide as much protection as the Candyshell, but the glass is what is really vulnerable, with any case.

Ever been that one person who is careful at what they buy and how much itll be?? Looked and searched for the most reliable yet affordable product? This case does exactly what it's suppose to do. Protect. I've already dropped my phone twice and yet its still im perfect condition. not the one to write reviews unless I feel it's deserved and this is deserving. Pair this case with the HD BALLISTIC SCREEN COVER and thank me later. Both together provide excellent coverage. Now this case isnt the grippiest but grips better than the i6 with no case hands down. Reasons I love it is because it simply isnt big, very smooth and stylish transparency. Flexible but yet strong shelling that wont be perfect alone but like i said GET THAT PROTECTER along with this case and i promise u have otterbox protection without the extra bulk, definitely doesnt look better then this, all for the price of one otter case. Its worth it. Trust me. If i chose to not be truthful and lets say wrote this review lying as if im getting paid, that wouldn't be real. I am far from unreal.

Have used Incipio cases for a decade and they just seem to offer the best protection at this price point. Reliable case with good level of grip.

Respecto a protección, este producto cubre perfectamente todo el teléfono, inclusive si colocas el celular con la pantalla hacia abajo sobre el escritorio, ya que dicha pantalla no toca la superficie. El confort al sostenerlo es buenísimo, es muy suave al tacto y sobre todo, se sostiene de manera firme en tu mano. Considero que es discreto y ligero también.

This case has been excellent for me. I've had it on my phone for over a year now and it has helped my phone survive the roughly 10 times I've dropped it. I've dropped it on edges and on the face on various surfaces and it has survived with no issues. It adds very little size to my iPhone 6. The one downside is that the case is a little too smooth for my liking, and has actually been the cause of the odd drop. The smoothness does however lend very well to going in and out of your pocket very easily (if you are into that). Two thumbs up.
