This fan is really good and gives off good breeze.

This fan is solid with a good weight and works very well if You are looking for a powerful airflow.On the lightest setting it will cool you quickly from across the room.If You are just looking for a gentle cooling breeze and your room is less than 6metres long then this may be too powerful.Otherwise perfect for them really hot days and built to last.

The Senelux 12 Inch Chrome Desk Fan has a lovely retro design that adds a stylish touch to my space. I appreciate the quiet operation and oscillating feature, making it ideal for both home and office use without being distracting. The three speed settings are convenient, allowing me to adjust the airflow to my preference.However, I’ve found that it’s not very effective in hot weather. While it looks great and runs quietly, I didn’t feel the room cool down as much as I had hoped. It’s more suitable for mild temperatures or as a supplement to air conditioning rather than a standalone cooling solution.Overall, while this fan has some appealing features and aesthetics, it may not be the best choice for tackling hot and humid weather.

The media could not be loaded. The fan arrives ‘flat packed’, so does require some self assembly. You will need a screwdriver and it took me around 15 minutes, with a few mistakes along the way.Once assembled it is good looking, solid, stable, and the chrome is attractively shiny. It has 3 speeds, I had it on the lowest in my video, with each providing excellent airflow. You can have the fan oscillating or static and is easily tilt adjusted, by way of moving the side knobs to the desired position.This fan looks smart, so would fit equally well in an office, conservatory, bedroom, living room etc, at less than £35 is decent value and is worthy of consideration.

This is a great value solid fan, made of decent durable materials and feels very sturdy. Air flow is fantastic and is easy to put together out of the box.

This is standard size for a desk fan but is very powerful and works well at cooling the room down. It looks much better than the usual white plastic ones too.

I was quite looking forward to receiving this fan. In the pictures it looks pretty stylish. In reality it arrives in six pieces, ready to be assembled. Imagine my disappointment at finding just one screw and fixing loose in the bottom of the box. Where are the others? Impossible to assemble this without them. Disappointing 😔

I’ll start with the only negative bit first…..surprisingly it arrives in several pieces, and although there is a booklet with it, the only guidance for construction are some rather basic pictures- my hubbie was able to put it together, but it took a bit of head-scratching, and once all done, there was an extra unused bolt (probably just a spare, but we did wonder if we’d missed something vital!).Apart from this, it’s really all positives. The fan arrived just before the heatwave, and I can honestly say it’s been absolutely brilliant. Despite being sold as a desk fan, you’d need a fairly large desk to be able to use it as this! …. I think what is meant is that it’s a fan with a short stand-so needs to be sited on a table or shelf for maximum impact ( there is a screw fitting on the side to adjust the vertical angle, but this only raises the fan angle by about an inch). The fan itself is quite large, and really powerful- you get really great coverage on rotation, and there’s multiple speed settings too. During the current heatwave, it’s been used constantly all evening and overnight-after this continual use we’ve noticed a slight squeaking noise when the fan rotates, but aside from this it’s a fabulous fan that does a great job of circulating the air/ keeping us cool and I’d definitely recommend.
