Each of these items are good quality. The are perfect for helping stretch out muscle pain. So far I am putting each item to use. It matches the description perfectly and is a great quality for the price.

We’ve used the large round back roller quite often for lower back pain. If you roll on it just for a few minutes. It really seems to relieve the pain for several days. Getting older stinks and back pain is not fun, but this helps. I also never have my back crack unless I’m using this and my back always cracks and feels so good afterwards. If you been skeptical about it I think you should just try it.

The big roller hurts like hell but it’s definitely worth it. After using it on my back my back feels so much better! Especially since I work more than 8 hours a day on a computer.

First time foam roller. Amazing for lower back after just a few days. Seemed like a reasonable deal…Only bummer, and cause for lower rating, is the foam roller just cracked after 1 week. 😳 I guess it can’t handle my full body weight. So durability is a question. I’m a male, 190lbs so you’d think it should be sturdier.
