The quality is good: however, it was awful trying to figure out HOW to assemble it! I was ready to return it when I accidentally scrolled down on my phone and there they were - directions!! It still took muscle power but we got it done. It’s really nice quality and easy to carry, so we’ll be able to use the stairs in the RV. The dog hasn’t used them yet but I’m sure she will. She’s 11 and has always slept on the bed with us. I won’t need to worry about her trying to jump up on the bed and not making it. Patience and determination is the key to assembling. I believe it’s worth it.

These Supet tall dog stairs are great, until you have to remove the cover to wash them! They arrived vacuum-sealed, separately. I was able to easily wash and line-dry the cover. No odd chemical smell, and the steps fluffed up within minutes! Once the cover was washed and I tried to put it all back together, it was miserable! There aren't instructions included and it took two people pulling the fabric and stuffing the steps inside in order to get this all put back together again! The boards are easy enough to slide inside, but we didn't need them for our toy-sized dogs - they don't weigh enough. The steps unzip (with the cover still attached) and fold down for easy transport and storage. They are great steps; I’m just crossing my fingers that I don’t ever have to remove and wash the cover again!

I like these steps because sometimes a dog just needs something shorter 1st to be able to jump on a tall bed, especially for those that might not want to try the steps. My mom's friend couldn't jump on her high bed so she got steps for her but she wouldn't use them so these would be good she can jump n them then on the bed and she could also lay on it if she wanted to. Then when she gets older and unable to jump from arthritis she can then use the steps. She may use it after being around it for a while. She would have been used to them by then. And let's not forget.... how great is it that the covet can be removed and machine washed! That is ALWAYS a plus!

The steps came in two foam pieces, a cover and 4 boards.There were no instructions so it was a little difficult figuring out how to assemble them. There were a few basic steps on the ad but they definitely could use improvement.Once I figured it out, everything came together. I wanted soft steps for my older dog so opted not to use the boards on the steps.My dog took to the steps right away and now thinks it is a fun game going up and down.I am very happy with the steps and absolutely recommend them for dogs needing an extra boost.

So this puppy soft stairs set works great! I love that you can use it for both steps and an elevated space for the pup to sit, when the stairs aren't needed. The only issue I have with it is that it didn't come with instructions on how the foam correctly goes into the covers. So it took me some time to figure out the way to configure the foam to fit in the cases. I guess I'm not great at matching shapes. But otherwise, its a great product.
