I like the product and would rate it higher, but came defective and damaged. Looks really cool, but when it was made they forgot to put a hole on the side for the knob to screw into the box to secure the snow maker to the frame. So only one side is keeping it secured. The handle holes were not placed where they go on the upper part of the box like the picture on the package and instructions shows. So basically using the handle to move is won’t work. And I’m not even sure what this hole is for underneath the handle. Nothing in the instructions show one being there or explains if anything goes there.

DO NOT BUY! I bought this for a Memorial Day picnic for work, so I did not open it until today to get it set up for all of the kids. IT DOES NOT WORK, and the return date closed less than a month after purchase. This tells me that they are aware of its faults but sell it anyway. I cannot get it to turn on. Very disappointed is putting it mildly!

The ice shaved quickly and the stored ice stayed cool while the machine was placed under a tree on a hot day. It wasn’t too noisy and there were no leaks.
