Great Two Quart Pot!
I've used this for over six months and it's wonderful. Here's my review. The Good:- Easy to clean, from cheese sauces to boiling potatoes to oatmeal to rice, clean up is easy- Even heat distribution for even cooking and no burning as long as you watch what you're cooking- Sturdy handle after these months of usage- The handle is actually cool when on the heat element! You might think this is standard... But the reason I had this was to replace a horrible pot that did not have this feature and the handle always needed an oven mitt or a towel or you would be burnt- Stays flat on the gas stove top- The lid does not have a hole/air vent in itThe Bad and The Ugly?None for this review, really is a good product.Notes:- I do not use a dishwasher so the lid and pot were always hand washed- I have never used a metal utensil nor anything but silicon utensils- While the product description says 'dishwasher safe' I personally would recommend not putting this nor any cooking pot/pan into the dishwasher. You'll extend the life that way. Again, my own suggestion, take it or leave it.Thank you

Replacement for Circulon 2 quart pot from set we received as a wedding gift in 2004
So disappointed with this pot. We purchased this 2 quart pot as a replacement to the set we received as a wedding gift in 2004. Have had it for 8 months and the inside is loosing it coating. Obviously all the other pieces have held up after 16 years of continuous use, the only reason we had to replace the original 2 quart pot is because my husband left it unattended and started a small fire! 🙄 We have loved the original set for the past 16 years but apparently the workmanship has diminished over the years, which is very disappointing. Will need to start looking for a new replacement for this 2 quarter. Metal utensils have never been used.

Coating came off quickly
in the picture the left Circulon pan is my 21 year old fry pan. The Circulon pan on the right was bought in July 2020.I don't know why but the non stick lining chipped off quickly. I would not recommend this to anyone.

My go to pot
When I pulled the Circulon Ultimum Forged Aluminum Nonstick Covered Saucepot out of the box, I was surprised at the small size. I really shouldn't have though, since it's 3 quart. I guess it's the style of the pot that made me expect a larger pot. With that said, I'm really happy it is smaller and the style it is. This is my go to pot for everything, it seems. It's the perfect size for 2-3 people and is really versatile. It has a metal lid and handles, so it can go into the oven (up to 450 degrees), has a metal bottom so it works on all stove tops - including induction, and it's dishwasher safe! The non-stick surface has held up beautifully over the past few months. I do not use metal utensils in the pan, although it says it can handle it. I'm not risking it. This is my dream pot and I'm not chancing ruining it!I find myself using the Circulon Ultimum Forged Aluminum Nonstick Covered Saucepot a lot. I use it for boiling potatoes to making a soup or stew, to browning a roast on the stove top and putting it in the oven to finish roasting. Clean-up is a breeze. Most of the time, I'll do it by hand because there's really nothing left in the pot to clean anyhow. Just a quick wash and dry and it's put away in less time than it takes me to scrub some of my other pots and pans.I LOVE this pot! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am extremely impressed! This is a level above what I've been using all my life. Super high quality and thick aluminum walls.
I have a set of non-stick aluminum cookware that is nice, but nothing like the quality of this sauce pan! The first thing I noticed about it was that it was small - it's not a big spaghetti pot. The second thing I noticed was how heavy it is. This is a significant piece of metal that is obviously very well made from very high quality materials. I'm not making huge vats of food to feed a big family any more so this 3 quart sauce pan is perfect for the two of us.I make potato leek soup in it tonight and was able to just use the single pot. I simmered the leeks a little too long on a high heat an nothing scorched or fried - everything just kept bubbling along. The lid is metal with no vent holes like you get from a glass lid. I love the efficiency of this pot. I was able to pre-cook the potatoes, cook down the leaks and then simmer the near finished soup on low heat. Once I used the submergable blender on it to smooth it all out - it was perfect!I love that this set is machine washable. Everyithgn cleaned up perfectly with little effort and no scratching or visible damage to the finish. I'm seriously considering getting the Wok. I have a cast iron wok, but I almost never use it because it's so heavy.
