I have never seen a box as poorly built as this. You technically have to reboot or unplug the box for it to work. Poorly designed and outdated software. It works like a computer in the 90’s, super slow and not user friendly. To think that this came from ABS CBN. Buy at your own risk. This is an example of the “pwede na” culture. What a shame!

Works well. My wife is happy to watch shows from back home, so I am happy with this product.

I thought I was doing my wife a favor on purchasing this item, to watch a couple of shows she likes. What I didn't know, it's not in real time and you can watch these shows online sooner than it's posted on this TFC IPTV Set-Top Box. (per my wife says)Another thing I don't like about this prepaid set. You have to setup a account with them and they still send me a monthly bill. It's a zero balance bill but does not tell me when your year subscription expires. After the year, they automatically start billing you. Which I do not like either. While it may suit some people, we are not happy with this purchase and plan to end it when the subscription expires.The bottom line, save your money and have her watch it online for free. Or get dish tv and watch shows in real time. You can also watch several other PH channels on Dish TV.

CUSTOMERS SERVICES SUCKS. I been waiting to talk to customer service to activate my IPTV For like 2 hours because im a new customer. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

the TFC.IPTV is that picture in a box and the TFC.TV is a computer access when using your laptop or desktop. the difference is that using the TFC.TV in desktop or laptop is you have more access to movies than buying the TFC.IPTV that little box is useless..yes the TFC.IPTV lets allow to watch shows or movies continuesly as a TV. BUT it will freeze if the internet or the system is rebooting...both has their own downwards..but for me it is better to sign up for the TFC.TV in computer access in your desktop and laptop because you can go anywhere and use it..but the TFC.IPTV is a stay home access..with a higher pay.....

I had the I want tfc iPhone version and was functioning properly but after updating a few days ago, the program is stuck on browse hence I only see a minute of the program and the whole thing shuts off! I’ve sent emails and text because there’s no telephone number you can even call. I even paid for their so called customer support and the problem never got resolved.
