Started using them a few days ago (taking 1 a day). Taking them not for muscle building but for the mental health - cognitive function reason as I'm an OAP now. Along with a hand cooked balanced diet (includes oily fish, blueberries etc.), eating soaked walnuts. Appears to have had some effect and if I need to take 2 tablets in the future I can (as they say slow but sure wins the race) so hopefully it'll be thumbs up, currently keeping my fingers crossed. Tablets arrived safely, on time & packaged OK. Reason I purchased these was I saw a video suggesting creatine tablets were useful for my problem, so nothing ventured nothing gained..

As mentioned in other reviews, the tablets are large and rock hard. I soak mine in water first to soften up first. Which is no better than using powder. Other than that, all ok.
