Great addition to any gym!
Awesome piece of equipment. It’s seems like it’s built sturdy. I like the way it’s put together so user has several grip positions to lift. Like the large diameter of the bar. Read other reviews that complained about the welds but they are ok on my unit and as long as it holds up, I’ll be happy. Had three workouts using this piece and I like the way it works my shoulders. I can really feel the shoulders isolated (which may be a result of a new grip/position) and plan to use regularly. Bottom line: I recommend this handle

My new favorite toy in the gym
I wanted a few more options for powerlifting and strongman assistance work. Combined with the pipe safety landmine pivots (made by the same company), I set up a chest press and a viking press. I've been really wanting a way to do some bench work with a neutral grip, and this was actually the least expensive option. The setup works great. Both the neutral handles and the standard grips are great for the viking/overhead work as well. I'm very happy with how well that movement felt, and that the spacing between the grips was right. For how inexpensive this was, I wondered if the quality would be low, but it's very well put together. My only criticism is that the sleeve is held in place on the barbell with one screw. It's a little unstable - I would have put two at 90 degrees from one another. Other than that, perfect!

Great for home gyms
This thing is awesome and is very versatile, it is a MUST for some home gyms. In addition to viking press you can do front squats and dead lifts with the handles and many other things. Also its heavy and very sturdy I would trust this thing with 300+ easy.Only downside is that it hogs a lot of collar space, so make sure you use thin plates or get a bar with long sleeves.

Heavy Duty with Emphasis on “Heavy” …
I bought this to supplement a home gym to accommodate the type of lifts I was doing in my commercial gym. While I like the apparatus itself, it is both a heavy and awkward implement that could benefit from a tweak or two to its design/construction.WHAT IT ISThe TITAN NEUTRAL GRIP VIKING PRESS HANDLE is an attachment designed to fit at the end of a standard Olympic-sized 45lb barbell to perform angled shoulder presses. The handle’s design allows for four hand grip positions: 2 pronated grip placements and 2 neutral grip placements. The space between the two handle positions offers enough room to keep your head/face clear off the bar when pressing (at least my head/face). There is a screw-knob that is designed to keep the handle attached to the bar. While some may find creative methods to anchor the bar for using this tool, it is recommended that it be used in conjunction with a landmine-post accessory. I would also suggest factoring the need to elevate the bar so you can start/finish presses from a safe/more natural position … you do not want to clean or jerk the bar into position as it may inadvertently cause the handle to slide off the bar or un-anchor the landmine post (I have tested both possibilities and yes, these things can happen).HOW IT PERFORMSThis press handle is heavy … it is advertised as weighing 20lbs and while I have no need to verify this, it is a large, awkward and heavy apparatus. Made of steel with solid welding at all connection points, this handle is well-constructed and designed to take a beating. The black powder-coating on the handle creates a nice, natural gripping surface. What I like about this handle that the squared grips can accommodate both a pronated (hands facing downward) and neutral (hands facing inward) grip positions that suit the lifter’s comfort level. The coated surface is textured enough to forgo using chalk, but if you purchase one of these, you are more likely to be the type that thrives working out in a cloud of chalk dust (like me).I’ve seen other comments regarding the questionable construction of this handle and I have not seen anything on it that indicates inferior craftsmanship … the welds are extremely solid. The biggest issue I have is the tightening screw … I just do not see this as being effective and honestly, I do not like the idea of digging a screw into the end of my bar (especially when I eventually get my precious Rogue Westside bar). I think incorporating a clamping mechanism into the sleeve would be much more effective and it wouldn’t scrape or dig into the bar. However, if you are pressing into the bar, it is unlikely that the handle will ever slide off and the twisting of the bar really isn’t an issue if your are holding the handle with both hands (as it is designed to be used). The only other issue I have is I question whether the steel tubes on this had to be as fat as they are. Titan also makes a single arm Viking press attachment and it has a much leaner look to its construction.Overall, I like how this attachment performs. I see the TITAN FITNESS NEUTRAL GRIP VIKING PRESS HANDLE as a purchase that will last a lifetime … a worthy investment.

Instant options & benefits for low cost!!
This bar opens up a lot of options when used with a landmine! For sports this can help with football, boxing power or any other standing sport. You can do a squat press that activates your core to the max~!If your using it for fitness purposes the Inside grip helps develop inner pecs and triceps. The palms down on the high bar help develop the upper chest , shoulders and triceps. With all grips this bar helps develop the Core as it must be activated during all the lifts.I have only used the bar for a few days so i have yet to explore all its options!! I would say for the cost this is definitely worth buying! instant benefit!

Versatile, well made
The media could not be loaded. I love this product and use it specifically for overhead press with a landmine attachment that attaches to the rack (I prefer this to a barbell as I can keep my shoulders in a better position by having my hands turned in) and for front squats as seen in the video. You could also use it for romanian deadlifts, tricep presses, and others. There are websites where you can see different ways to use it.One of my other favorite things about it is you can cinch it down to the bar with a little screw so it won't come off, that comes in handy during front squats as you can vary your foot position and actually pull on the bar to get deeper. I've already recommended it to my friends who have their own home gyms.

Love it
Great product. Really hits the traps/shoulders during Viking press (overhead press). Wide Neutral grip keeps stress off of the shoulder joint. Versatile product. I use it for Superman press as well, with a narrower neutral grip. Thick material, seems well made.Only concern I have is the locking bolt. I hope it holds up.

Great product, a tad narrow on the grips
Works great, very solid just wish it was a bit wider as the grips are a bit narrow and could use a little more room in the middle for your head as you really have to be careful to watch knocking yourself on the noggin and I'm only 5'9 and 190 lbs so grip may be way narrow for big guys ebut it still works very well. Very heavy duty.
