This works great for me and it’s not that painful when I do my workout. The outer padding is soft and cushioned for comfort.

Great foam roller! I wish it was a little longer, but the groves on it gives firm pressure without cracking while I put my full body weight on it. I also use it on hardwood floors and it doesn't slide at all. The stretching is incredible especially for my back!! Great recovery tool; I use it weekly

This roller was too large for the upper Hamstring muscle, so I sent it back to Amazon. I found that the JoyVantage Foam Roller for Deep Tissue Massager, 15" High Density Exercise roller works better for the upper right Hamstring muscle. The JoyVantage Foam Roller provided pain relief and deep massage of the top of the Hamstring muscle. It depends on the area that you need the Krightlink Foam Roller. It may work well for other areas.

Absolutely love this item it streaches and messages as you roll and often pops my back, back into place. I highly recommend this for back pain

I bought this roller 4 months ago and used it on few occasions. The inner part is made of cheap plastic. It cracked in the inner middle upon rolling . Horrible quality. I have better foam rollers still intact upon years of use.

Love this product! Compact size fits in small carry-on, and since it’s hollow I can tuck socks, etc. inside it so it takes up minimal space. Love the color and the different surfaces for working out various knots, cracking my back, etc.

Came in a pink color and its too hard to use. Not foam, extremely hard plastic. Missed the return window otherwise would've returned it. Absolute scam. Don't buy it
